This property needs serious update, from carpets, social and rooms, bed (our two beds were extremely noisy), more light in the rooms, burnt light bulbs, no parking, most were blocked. The business center would not open with the key, no paper in printer, in general very poor experience. I was there for aGOP convention and was much better than this time.

The hotel was clean and we had a friendly, efficient check-in. However, our toilet handle was broken and we needed to lift the plunger inside every time we needed to flush. It was late when we got back to our room from the game and hanging out with friends, so didn’t want to call maintenance. I’m surprised though that if housekeeping cleaned the toilet between guests, there’s really no way that they couldn’t have seen this. Ok except they could not get up hot water. Do not like ice cold showers.

The hotel was in a pretty good location and it had a nice breakfast set up each day for their guests. But I didn’t like the fact that the room we stayed in was actually smaller then it look on the website when we selected this hotel. It was just to small for us. Plus, the air conditioning was not good in the room because it would blow cool for a while then blow heat and the face front of the air conditioning was all thrown up it was just old and thrown up.

Had a reservation and a rollaway months in advance and when I arrived in the evening hotel was fully booked ended up in a handicapped room abs they did not have a rollaway. Had to scramble to find a place for my kid to sleep.

I was not to happy that I had to pay the same rate as if breakfast was included. Instead you were charging an additional $11.00 per person.

My stay was okay, I was really disappointed because I picked that hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub! I came to town for a triathlon and I really needed the, I didn't find out until check in that the pool was out if service, so I was really disappointed in that!!
