No hot water and the hotel s5aff did nothing about it. No shower for 3 days. Unacceptable
Front desk staff incredibly rude. Dog poop all over the grounds. Shower didn’t work. No shades for window so like sleeping in daylight.
I paid for the room with the app, then we arrived and they had no rooms clean! They ended up having someone clean a room for us to stay in, but the accommodations were not what I paid for. Pre-paid for breakfast, and the attendant didnt have our name on the list and was real rude about it. Overall, I expect better from a Hilton.
The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We show up at 1:30 a.m. with two kids under three, and the front desk isn't able to access the reservation. We're left to scramble and find a different stay in the middle of the night. The management on site was couldn't care less about our situation. I usually stay marriott, and this was an exception. I won't stay another Hilton property again
The beds were not comfortable. The service at the front desk was slow. Each time we went there we had to wait 10 minutes or more for a clerk. The hot tub would not work properly. Over all disappointed in the stay at Hilton Garden inn Manhattan.

I booked and paid for a king room. When I checked in, I was given a room with two queen beds, however, the clerk did not tell me the room was different from what I'd booked and paid for. I was running late for an event so I didn't have time to speak to the desk clerk to get the room changed, and my return to the hotel was after the front doors were locked for the night so the desk clerk was no where in sight. This property needs serious update, from carpets, social and rooms, bed (our two beds were extremely noisy), more light in the rooms, burnt light bulbs, no parking, most were blocked. The business center would not open with the key, no paper in printer, in general very poor experience. I was there for aGOP convention and was much better than this time.

The hotel was clean and we had a friendly, efficient check-in. However, our toilet handle was broken and we needed to lift the plunger inside every time we needed to flush. It was late when we got back to our room from the game and hanging out with friends, so didn’t want to call maintenance. I’m surprised though that if housekeeping cleaned the toilet between guests, there’s really no way that they couldn’t have seen this.
