Very disatified. nothing went as they had told me. My system was supposed to be installed 30 days after I signed the contract, it was 3 months late. If you read there web site, they give you an unrealistic time frame. 1. if you need a city permit it takes 30 days, Edison is automatic30 days. I helped with getting the city permit and they installed the system before they even got permits. Also before signing the contract I was told repeadly that I would get a 7800.00 rebate from the federal Gov. and that was a lie.They kept t... read more

Terrible experience with ESP and Simple Sola They are horrible and clueless. Their subs have little knowledge as well. We have been in this coming up to 8 months. They are partners with Simple Solar. Moe Falah(sales) and Brad( customer service ESP) have no remedy to their companies issues(service, customer service, working with SCE, subs, claims of damage warranties, etc.. After 7+ months, still no solar. Have made 3 payments to both Solar and SCE. Repaired gutters at $1200. They do take responsibility with no remedies. Thei... read more

EPIC FAIL- negative 5 stars DO NOT USE THIS ENERGY SERVICE PARTNERS (ESP) UNLESS YOU like being blown off and your home dis-respected. Their crew showed up in the morning asked for access to the interior breaker panel then left my entry door wide open and left for 3hrs. only to return and sit in front of my house for another what seemed like an hour, then asked to use the bathroom in which the crew member stunk it up ALL TO BE DAMNED!!!!! RUN AWAY! DO NOT USE ESP UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY AND TIME TO BURN BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS ENERGY SERVICE PARTNERS (ESP) UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY AND TIME TO BURN AND ARE A GLUTTON FOR PUNISHMENT. You may eventually get a working product but you will go through a LONG, HELLISH PROCESS to get there. We signed our contract in October 2019, paid in full in February and are not 100% complete in October 2020, and that is with persistent follow ups. Look Elsewhere For Solar If you're looking for solar, I advise you go in a different direction. They installed panels on my home 2 months ago and the system still isn't operational. They never call with any updates, you have to initiate all contact yourself. Even then, you won't ever talk to anyone who can tell you what's going on. They all say "we'll put in a note to the project manager." I've never spoken to this mysterious project manager. Misinformed When the sale associate came to my home I was told that I would get cash back from DWP and on my taxes. The company never submitted my paperwork to DWP which was time sensitive. I made several calls but kept getting the run around. I am disappointment that I was misinformed and that they have poor customer service.
