SLOW and A lot of delays. Slow on getting the inspection and A lot of delays on getting the system hooked to grid.

Beware! the salesman lie! Beware! the salesman lie about important details and are protected by the contract! Anything they tell you in sales presentation they are not responsible as stated in the contract. like what? The sales person said we would be getting a check from the federal government for about $15000.00 which could be applied to the balance if financing or used for... a vacation or whatever. not true, check with your accountant, it is only credited gradually to your taxes owed each year. The contract that you and all homeowners sign clearly states that taxes are always subject to the individual's situation and you are encouraged to check with your accountant. horrible experience. If I can do it again, I would not go with them. They quoted me that in 3 months, my solar will be installed and up and running. They installed the solar panels in March of 2021 and today is 2/22/2022 and is still not completed. Started off with sending in incorrect address to the city for panel upgrade. Then they submitted the correct address with incorrect layout of the house. SCE rejecting their installation request, because of missing information and incorrect address and other issues. Horrible company, terrible service I purchased a solar system for my home from a ESP door to door salesman. My install began two days before Thanksgiving of 2021. The crew that went on my roof to install solar panels did substantial amounts of damage to my tile roof, but hid this fact from me telling me everything was okay as they left. When I climbed a ladder a week later I discovered broken tiles all about my roof and also left their trash on my roof. The past two months our PGE is higher than Pre solar The sales representative lied to us about our monthly solar cost and our monthly PGE bills. Our solar was supposed to cost $80 a month…not $116. We were told we would never have to pay more than $10 a month PGE and a lot of times PGE would owe us money. Please refer to chart below. horrible we signed the contract since 6/2021 and they just turned them on today 12/20/2021 it took 6 months, they changed appointments all the time, and they were all over the place. we have paid for 3 months and we didnt even have the solar panels running

Not what was expected Sales process was through Simple Solar (which, I’d deal with again in a heartbeat). Energy Service Partners was responsible for the execution of the installation. I left a decent sized review on google, but this is the readers digest version. Poor communication with the project coordinator. The installers were not able to install the critter guard because they did not have it on their work order, nor did they have it to install the conduit through the attic, but were able to accommodate the attic run. 3 months latter and still not turned on The sales process and install went great. Since then the panels have been on my roof for 3 months. The communication is terrible. Ive tried emailing them but have yet to get a reply. Last Thursday I got a call at 930am stating someone would be at my house at 10am to check my inverter. Same day notice? Am I expected to be waiting around for you guys? I came back to the house to grab my coffee that id forgotten to find their tech parked out front. He asked me if I lived here. Property Damages After drilling hundreds of holes for hardware, then removing them all in order to abandon job. I had them come in and pick up solar materials until i repaired are done on roof. Did not want to be responsible for possible theft, being my house sits on a major street. Driver had real hard time, exporting materials out my property.
