Poor Communications and Preparations I really don't think you want me to leave a review. First off I'm not sure who is responsible for this project taking over 9 months. Secondly when it needed photos of the existing panels, there was a 30 day delay because the photographer only had one truck to carry such a long ladder as needed for my two-story house! They don't care about their customers I called at the beginning of the month of August, three weeks later and my system still no working, I called several times to reported my system, my system is not creating power, so I was told the warranty department was going to get back to me in seven day, now three weeks and still waiting for, so I don't know what to do at this point, please help.

My panels are not functioning after on my on for one month My panels are not producing energy. I put my service ticket in as soon as I seen that it was producing energy.. well that is where the nightmare begins and honestly this was my biggest fear before signing this contract. Would of been great if they had fixed the issues promptly I was told I had solar power for 4 months but I didn’t because the panel wiring was not installed properly!! No way for me to know I can’t monitor my own system

This company tried to apply a loan on my behalf without my knowl This company tried to apply a loan on my behalf without my knowledge. I have no prior contact with this company nor having a need to install solar panels. Tried to talk with this company twice. The first time, they hung up on me. The second time, they promised to report to their managers. But they haven’t contacted me.

As an installer, we partner with external sales organizations who may guide you through a loan application as part of a solar project proposal, but ESP only gets involved once you've been approved for a loan and signed an installation contract. Stay far away from this company!! This has to be the worse solar company EVER!! I was lied to regarding my solar project. I was told that I would get two months free of solar and that is not the case. I have had my panels on for a few months now and am still paying for summer electricity bill and my payments for the panels. I had called a number of times and no one is calling me back. It was okay The communication during the entire process was the worst. I had to find out about things on my own and I had to be the one to call. I honestly had no idea when I had even started using my panels until I was told I was going to make my first payment so I had to find out what was even going on. Very unpleasant but overall service is okay.
SCAMMERS!!! RED OF LIARS!!!!!! This guy came to my house saying he worked for ESP BUT This people are liars don’t believe them.
