Great Service - that slowly faded. I began my purchase 08/2022 – my solar was operational today - 11/2022. 3 months! The salesperson / broker Mr. Kolei O’Reilly was excellent. Kolei was very professional and logically answered all my questions / concerns – without too much salesperson tap-dancing. Took 4 months, not 2 Communication was lacking. I had to keep following up. The process took twice as long as I was quoted. Missed the whole summer. Had to call SDG&E after final inspection to find out if I was hooked up. I wasn't. Had to contact ESP to get switched to solar. Broken tiles still have not been replaced.

Solar review The installers were on time as scheduled and professional. Panels look awesome. Adding two backup batteries as to have plenty of power throughout the day and evening or especially blackouts ! Our Edison bills have sky rocketed. Almost tripled as of July and only going to get worse over time. I’ve been well informed every step of the way. Our Representive,Adam, has been awesome.
