FUCKING SHIT SHOW!! RUN RUN RUN!! This has been the biggest effing nightmare I have ever had to go through. It has been almost a year and we still don’t have the solar system up and running. They send out different people who don’t bring the right tools then they have to send other people who don’t know what’s going on because one person doesn’t talk to the other person they constantly have turnover in their office and in the field Our system is not been hooked up properly. The worst company ever! The worst company ever. DO NOT get involved with this company! They will do things behind the homeowner, they will notify the financial company saying the project is done when the project is still pending. So you will get charged for multiple fee. and took them 3 months to reply one message. They scheduled the technician, and no show for 3 consecutive appointments. I would like to give zero star. Christian David is my salesman, and I want to report him so bad!
Terrible customer service, company does not take responsibility for faulty installs or equipment. Managers are rude. We’ve had someone come out system stopped working 10 days later. They will not come out and remove the unit. Kay one of the supervisors in customer service is the worse we’ve talk to so far!
You will regret going with them This company does not employee any sales people and only contracts out everything The reason for it, it does not make them liable for anything that’s being sold or said. All they are is the installer and once the panels are installed they could care less because they will get paid one way or another. The customer is left there to suffer. horrible customer service Started my project October 2024, currently still not complete. Absolutely no communication i ALWAYS have to initiate the conversation to get updates. I have been passed along to 3 different "project managers". I took time off work so the installers could "commission" the system. No one showed up. When i called my project manager he didnt even know they were scheduled for that day(even though he set it up). Absolutely NO Communication 4 months later after being told everything should take no more than 3 to 4 weeks, we finally got our solar turned back on. Someone shows up out of the blue and luckily someone was home. He turned on the solar and while walking to his car says we just need to connect it to Wi-Fi, jumps in his vehicle and leaves, without giving the chance to ask questions.
