The Guys that came out to install my solar panels were great. They communicated with me through the whole process from beginning to end. Thanks guys so much. Oh and they were very clean and didn’t even left any trash behind.

Solar Experience Our experience from Jake to Luis was wonderful and knowledgeable. The installation went smooth and everything from a converter back order to inspection requirements went really smooth and rather quickly. I would recommend ESP/SunRun to everybody. Communication is Key Initially it was not clear to us who to contact when there were questions as the relationship between the salesman who sold us the product, and the solar monitoring company, SunRun, and the company installing the panels and contracting out the roof replacement job, ESP, was confusing. Our experience with ESP from start to finish was wonderful. Our Project Coordinator Stephanie was always available to answer questions and give us updates throughout the entire process. She was courteous and friendly, and always returned our calls quickly. The install team was on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up around the property before they left. I have no complaints. I know they will be there to answer any questions that may arise in the future. I'd recommend EPS for your Solar Energy needs.

Up and running. Overall a very good experience. The staff was very helpful and quick in getting the quotes, engineering and dealing with permitting and approvals. Installers were great. Very good communication on scheduling and day to day status. Clean quick and very efficient. All the guys on our site very professional and no nonsense. I own a construction company and would be happy to have any one of these guys working for me. I will gladly recommend EPS to any of my friends. Thanks for the great experience.

I was not able to use the solar due to inspection and I was having to pay for my solar bill and PG&E bill without any solar being used. Also kept getting emails and phone calls regarding inspection time and date when inspection was already complete, and unable to contact someone regarding that. Hopefully I have no issues with the solar when I’m able to finally use it.
