Lack of communication I am happy with installation time; however, not happy with the poor communication of company. First they did not go by the Blue Prints for laying out the electrical; line. It was corrected but had to call company multiple times. 2nd I was informed that when the inspector came out he would down load an app to my cell phone so I could track my energy. That is not true. Found out by the rep that they should have supplied me with a flyer or book to show me, which I did not receive
Owner of home The guys came out and were professional and courteous, I was over all happy with the Installation

Exceptional company and customer service I needed a company that was going to fit my needs. They were able to accommodate that. Find me the best plan that he worked for my price range. Always on top of everything. My rep Sam O. was outstanding! Very on top of everything and answering all of my questions quickly. Everything was turned on in a pretty good amount of time I was impressed! Highly recommend!
