I desperately needed health Insurance. I went through my state health connector in Dec 2022. The whole experience was bad . First Enroll plays a part in this mess. I am dissatisfied with the short time I dealt with this ridiculous company after I purchased a health insurance policy through the Massachusetts health connector. The website to access my benefits is NOT very user friendly either. I had such a bad experience with this 3rd party billing company that I was forced to cancel my policy today . This company is a complete scam, they do not provide the service and cover what they claim to advertise. If you try to cancel them, they give you the run around. Beware , do not give them access to your bank account. They are quick to take money but drag themselves to return funds . We spoke to two representatives today and both claim their manager was busy to talk to us. They keep asking why you need to cancel and what other insurance is covering you.

Hello. First Enroll does not "advertise" as we do not sell anything. We are the billing company. Your policy was sold to you by your insurance agent/agency which is a separate entity entirely and with which we have no affiliation. We are contracted by the carrier to process premium payments and have nothing at all to do with the sales process. This company along with their agents in different states is just a scam that is benefiting from customers in need of *********************** They sell a product that looks real on paper, but delivers no service for the money collected from customers. Unfortunately for the customer they do not realize this is a complete scam until they are in need to use medical service.
