I do believe that I was scammed by this company. I spoke with an agent for a long time reviewing options for health insurance. I notified the agent on my needs for health care and I was hopeful for her helping me as I am struggling with my health at this time which requires visits to different specialists & for currently being on oxygen. When I finally found something that covered for everything that I need taken care of only to discover that the plan I purchased only covered certain individual Dr. visits. I'm being charged ****** a month for insurance that is free though bc/bs and market place said they don't know why and so did ********** blue shield. Because my premium 0 per month . And since April 2023 they have been taking ****** out of my account. I want my money back now .

Scam! Scam! Scam!!! I tried to add my conversation with them as a screenshot but couldn't. When I asked about where my cards were.....they said, "You unsubscribed to us". Lol. My bank is refunding my money. How there could be this many complaints to the BBB and still be operating is beyond me.

BEWARE OF FIRST ENROLL AND THEIR CHEAP PLANS On march 8, I applied for health insurance from First Enroll thinking I was getting a comprehensive plan starting starting march 9. After discovering plan was not a comprehensive plan, I decided to cancel policy before their 30-day free look period was up.On April 6, they received my cancellation request.
