There was change required in ac capacitor which cost $5-$10 and person who can for annual tuneup already removed bad parts and having new part and just to put part he was asking $289 through he could have put new one and take cost of part only but this company was asking too much price from customer which does not make sense

This contractor sucks, I hired them to fix my air conditioning, and they miss diagnos the problem and they want $1600 to fix it, they were going to replace the part that's working fine, I can't believe it when I see people giving them 5 starts ,it's a job they don't know shit

Technician tried his best to upsell me. Told me I needed to spend over $300 on a new thermostat when my current one was just out of batteries. The experience was straight up uncomfortable and I had to chase down the company for a response to my formal complaint. Wouldn't risk it again.

They did not fix the problem and charged me more than what they quoted

I will never hire this company again. I paid $350 for a $20 part and 20 total minutes of the guy on site checking out the furnace and installing the part. He was an hour late to his 2 hour appointment window.

THEY CHARGED TOO MUCH. ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A FURNACE INSPECTION.

Customers Beware! G and R is price gouging customers while using highly unprofessional tactics! A G and R employee performed work on my townhome a/c unit. 8/20/2021 I was billed $1183.32 for a simple repair that should cost less than $400. I later called three Heating and Air companies with more than 20 years in the business. They provided the following info; G and R charged $290 for a 45+5 mfd capacitor.
