When we started an onine search for a new puppy, we found Happy Tail Pupplies. After research to confirm they were a legit company, we contacted them by email, then by phone. ****** answered all our questions. We were able to see pictures and videos of the puppy we were interested in before making a trip to *********. **. After making a deposit, we made the trip to see the puppy. The process was streamlined and simple. We were very happy with our experience.
I purchased a puppy from this site, the puppy is great and very well tempered for his age. The people were great to work with as well. However, I took him for the "required" three day check up by the vet and they did not recommend giving the puppy the vitamins that they "require" you to subscribe to in order to keep the health guarantee. Just something to be aware of, they are the ones that make and sell the vitamins as well. So it's a trap, the health guarantee also does not cover common issues. From the beginning of our search for our perfect puppy Happytail and their employees made it a sheer pleasure. We found our perfect puppy, made our deposit to hold her, and waited to get our perfect fur baby. We were told a few days before our time to pick her up she had tested positive for *****, this delayed our pick up one week but we were good with it.
