From the beginning to the end of the process everything was professional and efficient. ****** was the person we have dealt with and after our telephone conversation, she handled our visit to meet possible adoptees with ease. Lovely buying experience. Our Shih Tzu puppy is a beautiful addition to our family. She is spunky, full of energy and personality. She breezed through her puppy check with our veterinarian receiving an excellent report.
The puppy we picked out is very nice, seems to be very intelligent and is extremely huggable. I believe he is a perfect fit for our family. The process was easy and the people were nice and very helpful. I would give them 5 or even 6 stars if possible. The reason for only 4 stars is their warranty requirements. They only offer a 10 year warranty and in order to remain eligible for it you have to purchase pet insurance and a specific brand of vitamins for the duration of it. My experience with Happytail Puppies was smooth and easy. I traveled 3hrs and 15mins from ******** to pick up my fur baby and I was so happy to pick her up. Their staff was very friendly and kind. Their establishment is neat and clean and I witnessed another family picking up their fur baby and they were just as happy as we were. Happy Tails in ********* is unbelievable. From the moment we started dealing ****** everything was perfect. Their building and staff are professional and extremely helpful.
