From the beginning of our search for our perfect puppy Happytail and their employees made it a sheer pleasure. We found our perfect puppy, made our deposit to hold her, and waited to get our perfect fur baby. We were told a few days before our time to pick her up she had tested positive for *****, this delayed our pick up one week but we were good with it. Happy Tails is absolutely amazing. Everything went great with our adoption and our pup, ******* She is just the most loving little girl. We found our wonderful fur baby at Happytails. We traveled from ********. Cosmo (Previously known as Cosmet) is the light of our eyes. The vet's commented, he was perfect. Healthy and honest establishment. We recommend Happytail Puppies.

Happytail puppies were exceptional. From the first contact until we picked up our puppy, ***** and her associate were awesome. I made frequent calls asking a lot of questions and all were answered quick and professional. The facility very clean. Would highly recommend this facility to get your new puppy. I would, without hesitation get another puppy from them. Definately a 5 star review.

I read all the complaints online and on the BBB. I was skeptical after reaching out. However, I’ve had an exceptional experience. I asked questions based on the complaints I read, and got answers that I was comfortable with. Cierra was extremely responsive above and beyond the call of duty. I was able to text her at any time and receive a response as well. I had no trouble contacting her by phone. Happy Tails Review We are absolutely tickled pink with our new puppy, Donner from Happy Tails!! He is the most adorable, sweet, while still rambunctious and fun little puppy we have ever seen-not to mention the most beautiful!! I just picked up a puppy on 11/11. She is amazing, I took her too my vet & they declared her perfectly healthy. She is strong & very confident, at no time was there sign of timidness even when she met my boys (a German Shepard & a Mastador). She is extremely smart & knew her new name, Freya, within a day. She traveled well, 8 hour car ride. I was met at the facility by people who were happy & friendly. We adopted our first Shichon 4 years ago, Gizmo. We decided he needed a friend and since things went so well last time we decided on Happytails again. This time we had our little girl Abbey( Marshmallow) delivered. Was a bit Leary but all went well ! Abbey is a bundle of energy, orneriness and sweetness. She is only 8 weeks old , Gizmo was 4 months. A very big difference! The price was very different also.
