I read all the complaints online and on the BBB. I was skeptical after reaching out. However, I’ve had an exceptional experience. I asked questions based on the complaints I read, and got answers that I was comfortable with. Cierra was extremely responsive above and beyond the call of duty. I was able to text her at any time and receive a response as well. I had no trouble contacting her by phone. Happy Tails Review We are absolutely tickled pink with our new puppy, Donner from Happy Tails!! He is the most adorable, sweet, while still rambunctious and fun little puppy we have ever seen-not to mention the most beautiful!! I just picked up a puppy on 11/11. She is amazing, I took her too my vet & they declared her perfectly healthy. She is strong & very confident, at no time was there sign of timidness even when she met my boys (a German Shepard & a Mastador). She is extremely smart & knew her new name, Freya, within a day. She traveled well, 8 hour car ride. I was met at the facility by people who were happy & friendly. We adopted our first Shichon 4 years ago, Gizmo. We decided he needed a friend and since things went so well last time we decided on Happytails again. This time we had our little girl Abbey( Marshmallow) delivered. Was a bit Leary but all went well ! Abbey is a bundle of energy, orneriness and sweetness. She is only 8 weeks old , Gizmo was 4 months. A very big difference! The price was very different also. We adopted two fur babies from Happy Tails and could not be happier. The process was simple and the staff were amazing (Cierra was the best!). Our house is now full of crazy puppy love! ??

I started looking in shelters and though I wish I could save everyone of those sweet creatures I had to think about the safety of my family and our little dog Coco. I prayed about it and the next day I saw Happytail online and as soon as I saw Bruce (now Leo) I knew he would be our new baby. Happytail has been very helpful with any concerns I had and they addressed them immediately. Leo is healthy, happy and thriving in his new environment. We are extremely grateful to Happytail.

The staff at Happy tails was nice and very helpful with assisting me with adopting my new teacup yorkie! They were able to answer any questions that I had about the process as well as about my puppy. They called the next day to see how our lucky charms was doing, and I informed them that he is very active and is adapting to his new home already! So impressed with Brianna P at Happy Tails. She answered all my questions and so prompt to answer my messages. The close contact with her helped facilitate the addition of Kash- a bich - poo to our family. He is absolutely adorable and so loved.. This company needs a 10 star!!! Brianna called a couple days after we brought our fur baby home just to check on the transitioning- and if any questions. The sweetest gesture ever. Happy to report- Kash is healthy and has brought so much joy into our home.
