My experience with Happytail Puppies was smooth and easy. I traveled 3hrs and 15mins from ******** to pick up my fur baby and I was so happy to pick her up. Their staff was very friendly and kind. Their establishment is neat and clean and I witnessed another family picking up their fur baby and they were just as happy as we were. When we started an onine search for a new puppy, we found Happy Tail Pupplies. After research to confirm they were a legit company, we contacted them by email, then by phone. ****** answered all our questions. We were able to see pictures and videos of the puppy we were interested in before making a trip to *********. **. After making a deposit, we made the trip to see the puppy. The process was streamlined and simple. We were very happy with our experience.

I purchased a puppy from this site, the puppy is great and very well tempered for his age. The people were great to work with as well. However, I took him for the "required" three day check up by the vet and they did not recommend giving the puppy the vitamins that they "require" you to subscribe to in order to keep the health guarantee. Just something to be aware of, they are the ones that make and sell the vitamins as well. So it's a trap, the health guarantee also does not cover common issues.
