The puppy we picked out is very nice, seems to be very intelligent and is extremely huggable. I believe he is a perfect fit for our family. The process was easy and the people were nice and very helpful. I would give them 5 or even 6 stars if possible. The reason for only 4 stars is their warranty requirements. They only offer a 10 year warranty and in order to remain eligible for it you have to purchase pet insurance and a specific brand of vitamins for the duration of it. My experience with Happytail Puppies was smooth and easy. I traveled 3hrs and 15mins from ******** to pick up my fur baby and I was so happy to pick her up. Their staff was very friendly and kind. Their establishment is neat and clean and I witnessed another family picking up their fur baby and they were just as happy as we were.
