Cierra was highly responsive, kind, and easy to work with. We received a sweet and happy puppy who was obviously greatly cared for medically and otherwise.
Where is the number 6 star?? Since the very beginning of the process with happy tail puppies it was the best. Cierra did and keep doing an amazing job following up and answering all our questions since we got Sushi. Our Malshi dog has came to complete our family since day number one he is using his pad and it’s the most adorable dog ever. Thank you for this happy tail ending
Happy tails is the best! Cierra F made the process an easy transition so we could focus on getting to meet our new fur baby. Cierra was professional, quick to respond and even has followed up to see how Cooper is doing. Everything was clean and organized. I reccommend!
I FULLY recommend Happytail Puppies if you are looking to add to your family. We started the process of picking out our new pup in February and Cierra made the process so easy. Not only did she ensure we were kept up to date, but she had the utmost patience with me as she answered all of my many questions. We were able to pick up Bella (mini-goldendoodle) in March and she has literally been a dream. 5 stars Happy tails and Cierra were so great to work with! Cierra sent me pictures and videos of our baby girl while we were waiting to pick her up. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. After we brought our puppy home, Cierra checked on us a few times. to check on how Getting our pup from Happy tails and having Cierra as our consultant was an Overall great experience.
We picked up our Cockapoo, Arlo, formally known as Gray, from here and he is so loved! They made the experience super easy and convenient for us, he is happy in his forever home!!!

We got our new puppy Fudge from them he is a pug and is in great health. Fits in prefect with our family. We are thinking about adding one more pug girl to our family.
