Had a great experience with Cierra. They go above and beyond to make buying your new puppy a great experience. Happytail only gets their dogs from reputable breeders. No Puppies Mills. I asked and the owner told me in great length about how these dogs are cared for. The owner and the employees love these dogs. Do not hesitate to buy from them.

My experience getting my fur baby at Happytail was great! and Cierra was so kind, and very helpful during the whole process. I was updated many times with what was happening and going to happen as time went on. I asked if there was a way I could take him the same day I was supposed to go for a meet because my drive was pretty lengthy, Cierra was kind enough to make sure he was able to be seen with the vet and cleared so I was able to do so! I am very impressed with Happy Tails! They were very communicative. Brianna gave top notch customer service. Our puppy was taken well care of. We had to wait an extra week to get our puppy per Happy Tails request due to the puppy having worms which is not uncommon for a little one around other pups. They treated him with a vet and ensured he was healthy before we could get him. While we waited Brianna sent pics and videos of our little boy. It was great to have those personal updates! Happytailpuppies have been nothing but the best i would definitely recommend getting a puppy from them so far my mini poodle is healthy happy and energetic i got mina for my wife bday and she loves her like one of our kids lol they love her as well definitely would do the process over

After searching for a new member of our family I kept returning to the Happy Tails site and was drawn to "Benji" (now Bode) every time! The process was easy and Amber stayed in contact with me every step of the way, even on the weekend at 9:00 p.m. When we arrived at Happy Tails to meet "Bode", Amber greeted us promptly and introduced us to him and it was love at first site.
