Great location. Comfort stay. Nothing fancy. The hotel could provide us with coffee at reception. No room service. The room could be better. Looks old and tired. Excellent staff at reception. Quick and efficient check-in. Availability of Smoking rooms. Excellent location. Minutes walk to Times Square and 5th Avenue. Lovely breakfast place adjoining the hotel. Starbucks is 5 mins walk.
