attentive staff and great location. Rooms are small due to age of the hotel. The staff! Always friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond when I left an item behind. Walkable to Eataly, a great little indoor community of Italian restaurants and cafes.

Good Dirty floors, sunken spot in floor outside of bathroom (room 1003), and broken safety latch. No microwave in room. Small room to be called a suite. Great location and friendly, helpful staff
