Great location and helpful staff. There wasn't anywhere to put things in the bathroom in our room - no vanity unit or shelf, so everything had to sit on the floor. The room would benefit from a kettle, too so that tea can be made easily. The location is excellent, it's close to many restaurants and shops, plus there's a choice of subway stations serving different lines nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
