Great staff, comfortable bed and good location. What more do It's a bit outdated but you can't beat the price and location. Nothing to complain about! Incredible location! The room was comfier than expected, great bed. Working air conditioner. The staff are SO kind. You can walk from the hotel to just about anywhere and it's close to some great coffee spots and restaurants.

Second stay here and again I was glad I chose it! The tiny bathroom is hard for three people to share. It is a well-kept historic hotel with incredible staff and an amazing location. Quiet yet with great walkable restaurants and 5 minute to a park and subway. We had a triple room which is so hard to find in NYC. Very affordable for all that.

Good Stay The space is small, but we knew that going in and that is typical for NY hotels. The space was located near a lot of restaurants and amenities. The staff was attentive and it was a good stay foe the price that was paid.
