If you are on your deathbed and had to make choice between dealing with iRhythm's customer support or death...CHOOSE DEATH!!!I've wasted 15 f***ing months trying to sort s*** out. I'm done. If your doctor wants to give you something from iRhythm, absolutely refuse it! ******* company ran by a bunch of arrogant a** hats. F them.

Insurance Increased My **** Unfair and Frustrating Experience Im logging this review due to a very frustrating billing experience with iRhythm Technologies.When I received the initial cost for the cardiac monitoring service, the self-pay (no insurance) rate was $395. However, after iRhythm submitted the claim through my insurance, my out-of-pocket cost increased to $525.This makes absolutely no senseusing insurance should not result in a higher cost than paying without it. Terrible experience the entire time. I actually left my doctor and health system over this. I was charged a thousand dollars for placement of the device at the hospital. They just removed the packaging and stuck it on. I had severe rashes from the device and then billed separately from Zio for the device. Didnt charge my insurance after multiple calls and reports of being sent to collections. Then 7 month later, charged my insurance and then increased the price so that my out of pocket was $200 more than self pay. Such a sca... read more

This company sent a bill to me and never billed my insurance company. I called my insurance company who also tried contacting someone with no luck. You can leave messages and never get a return phone call, the initial call is automated. My account has now been turned over to collections after repeated calls and writing on the back of the bill my insurance info! Total crapThis device fell off after two ******* sending it back and im sure i get a full bill! They provide no backup stick on adhesives. I live in the south, people sweatbut again no replacement adhesivesthey told me they have no plan to provide extra adhesive patchestotal c***

The patch is poorly designed and does not stay attached. I called to let them know that I was concerned that my Dr was not getting useful information about my heart evaluation because it kept falling off. They were less than helpful! Then, to add more stress, I received a bill for $500 (which was after my insurance company paid them $500). So, now I have to pay $500 for a faulty product. They do not answer phones or call back and just finally responded to email to tell me they sent me to collections. Despite making payments they sent it to collections without any noticer on the actual bills they sent. If you can avoid them, do so.

In my experience, iRhythm does not answer their calls. They do not return messages. They didnt bill the insurance company properly. They only send bills but do not allow anyone (including our doctors office) to speak with anyone about said bills.

They never billed our insurance company. We've left several messages for the billing department as they don't answer the phone and we never receive a call back. There's no way to contact them via email either. Their customer service department can't even reach the billing department. They must outsource the billing. Awful. No doctor should refer them.
