Very very sketchy. If you can use a different company, do so. I did a monitor and was waiting for the bill. Two weeks later I received a random text from *********************- Debt Collectors (nothing showing irythm) with a link. Of course I didn't click it, who would? Then I got a text from irhythm from the same number! That one had my balance and account number (and a link that I did not click). ZERO stars. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. One bill. Numerous calls to take care of this bill and numerous unreturned calls. They have now transferred me to collections. This is not the end of it. I had to put at least one star however they dont deserve it
I received a bill $305 from IRhythm. The invoice had 3 options pay online w/** code, questions with a number to call or set up payment plan. I attempted to call the number on invoice as I was surprised with the amount owed and had questions. I received a robot answering service that provided me with an option to wait on the line for a ***resentative. So I attempted to wait and after 10 mins was provided a voicemail to leave a message. Customer service/billing appears to be nonexistent, i have received numerous bills and every attempt to contact company leads nowhere. I have left messages and phone umber but never received a callback. A check was issued by *** and mailed to the company, on *** website it records date check was cleared by IRhythm.
If you are on your deathbed and had to make choice between dealing with iRhythm's customer support or death...CHOOSE DEATH!!!I've wasted 15 f***ing months trying to sort s*** out. I'm done. If your doctor wants to give you something from iRhythm, absolutely refuse it! ******* company ran by a bunch of arrogant a** hats. F them.
Insurance Increased My **** Unfair and Frustrating Experience Im logging this review due to a very frustrating billing experience with iRhythm Technologies.When I received the initial cost for the cardiac monitoring service, the self-pay (no insurance) rate was $395. Terrible experience the entire time. I actually left my doctor and health system over this. I was charged a thousand dollars for placement of the device at the hospital. They just removed the packaging and stuck it on. I had severe rashes from the device and then billed separately from Zio for the device. Didnt charge my insurance after multiple calls and reports of being sent to collections. Then 7 month later, charged my insurance and then increased the price so that my out of pocket was $200 more than self pay. Such a sca... read more
This company sent a bill to me and never billed my insurance company. I called my insurance company who also tried contacting someone with no luck. You can leave messages and never get a return phone call, the initial call is automated. My account has now been turned over to collections after repeated calls and writing on the back of the bill my insurance info!
