I was told that the monitoring procedure would cost under $400 and would be covered completely by insurance. Turns out, it cost almost $1,000, with a substantial amount to be paid by me.Bait and switch is illegal in this country

They are terrible. I was sent to collection after never receiving a bill? They are trying to double charge me for services that I already paid for. Avoid this company at all costs
Want stay on the tape want stick call they tell you to rub in circles for 5 minutes to get it to stick said ware it until it started flashing and take it off these heart monitor are useless waste of money they should put extra tape or at lease send you tape instead telling you to wear it until it starts flashing or it falls off
Will not stay on itchy. I sweat all the time I have more tape on it than anything Why did they go to these?
I am both a physician and a patient. The customer service is terrible. I have tried for 5 days to get a report, as has my physician. I have received red tape and a run-around.
This is literally the worst monitor Ive ever worn. The design is poor. Its clunky and heavy. The monitor is not secured or sealed to your skin, so when I lay on my side, it loses contact with my body. It was itchy. It loosened up after 24 hours and was half off.
Device won't stay on. **************** is extremely rude & not helpful. The nurse tried taping it on more but it kept flashing a fault code. I tried to reset it but it didn't help. I called customer service and the rude rep said I was doing it wrong. The nurse tried to reset ******* still wouldn't work so I sent it back after 7 days. My insurance paid $995 for this piece of garbage. Then I got a bill for $45. I called customer service and again I was treated rudely with ******* trying to talk over me. Horrible customer service on the phone. Very itchy and uncomfortable patch to wear. Super expensive out of pocket bill even with the best insurance coverage. The customer service representative was not willing to help at all or even answer my questions. Never again! Avoid them if possible
