Horrible experience with billing department. They sent email and text saying needed insurance gave them info. Next **mmunications stating insurance **vered expenses and no ** pay. Then receive a bill. Insurance **mpany was never billed. Spoke with billing yet again at Irhythm and yet again no insurance information entered. Insurance **mpany still not billed. iRhthm Technologies is a slip-shod rip-off scam that capitalizes on the majority of insurance companies and customers being too reluctant to complain and demand that invoiced billing amounts be corrected to REFLECT THE ACTUAL TRUTH!!!To begin with, their cheap technology is centered around a heavy monitor device that DOES NOT STICK TO HUMAN SKIN for the 2 week period prescribed by the doctors! I was told that the monitoring procedure would cost under $400 and would be covered completely by insurance. Turns out, it cost almost $1,000, with a substantial amount to be paid by me.Bait and switch is illegal in this country

They are terrible. I was sent to collection after never receiving a bill? They are trying to double charge me for services that I already paid for. Avoid this company at all costs

Want stay on the tape want stick call they tell you to rub in circles for 5 minutes to get it to stick said ware it until it started flashing and take it off these heart monitor are useless waste of money they should put extra tape or at lease send you tape instead telling you to wear it until it starts flashing or it falls off

Will not stay on itchy. I sweat all the time I have more tape on it than anything Why did they go to these?

I am both a physician and a patient. The customer service is terrible. I have tried for 5 days to get a report, as has my physician. I have received red tape and a run-around.

This is literally the worst monitor Ive ever worn. The design is poor. Its clunky and heavy. The monitor is not secured or sealed to your skin, so when I lay on my side, it loses contact with my body. It was itchy. It loosened up after 24 hours and was half off.
