Ive been forced to use the IRhythm Zio heart monitors 4 times over the last couple years. Cardiologists insist on this brand even though IRhythm is horrible to deal with as a patient. They customer service team is rude and not helpful, they are ****** expensive and unresponsive when you need to get a hold of them. The last time I called, I was told the representatives were busy and they would call me back in ***** hours. When I try to call customer service as my device fell off - they do not even listen, just try to sell me a free alert monitor in which I have to pay a service fee monthly. What a scam.
This company has a neat product and the worst operations and customer service. I had one device sent to me. It didn't work. Do I need to send it back, I asked both the doctor, and the company - answer: No. I didn't send the defective product back. They sent another. I returned it, but they couldn't manage to send me a label correctly or at all. I called about it 3 times. Nope, labels are like... hard. Im so ****** that my insurance paid them ****** and Im paying an additional $400. I will advise my cardio dr what this company is doing. Talk about s******* the pooch! Never again and Ill will definitely advise anyone who thinks using this device. Shame on this company.
I called iRhythm prior to being put on Zio confirming they accepted CareCredit. I was told by a rep when I called "their team of dedicated patient advocates is available (number on websige) to answer any questions you may have about your potential cost". According to the person I spoke with they accepted CareCredit. 3 months later when I received a bill. NO WHERE does it say they accept CareCredit. I am livid with this company. Like every other review here, I am having issues with billing and insurance. This company never submitted a claim to my insurance over a year ago and I'm now having to deal with the aftermath. If I could give negative stars I would. Their customer service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced and are completely clueless.
