I've had the same experience as everyone else - unable to connect with a person using the number listed on the bill, and emails that have not been returned. Another reviewer stated calling the number on the ** code (listed on my bill) provided a different number, so I tried that. I was able to get in touch with a representative, who said they had submitted my claim to my insurance, but she was unable to provide a confirmation number. *************. Theyre currently trying to collect $600 from me for a heart monitor my daughter needed for 3 days. She was covered by health first Colorado when she had the heart monitor, Ive been in contact with her ins and they are now illegally trying to collect this debt instead of fixing their mistake. I received a bill but never any results from the test. Neither did my ** receive results. The customer service only exists to receive money not offer help. No real people to talk to. Run away!!!!!

The process of wearing a Zio patch was ok. I had to figure out on my own how to apply it and use it. I was told to pick it up at the cardiologist office that I was referred to. A secretary handed it to me and told me how to mail it back. Thankfully the how to use was easy enough. However, the customer service department for this company lacks. I had received a bill from iRhythm which included a preprinted envelope with their address. I sent a check for the invoice using THEIR envelope. About 10 days later, I started receiving emails and text messages requesting payment immediately. I looked at my account and saw that the check was never cashed. I wanted to give it a few more days, but they persisted in requesting payment which I gave to them by phone using a credit card. Very very sketchy. If you can use a different company, do so. I did a monitor and was waiting for the bill. Two weeks later I received a random text from *********************- Debt Collectors (nothing showing irythm) with a link. Of course I didn't click it, who would? Then I got a text from irhythm from the same number! That one had my balance and account number (and a link that I did not click). ZERO stars. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. One bill. Numerous calls to take care of this bill and numerous unreturned calls. They have now transferred me to collections. This is not the end of it. I had to put at least one star however they dont deserve it

I received a bill $305 from IRhythm. The invoice had 3 options pay online w/** code, questions with a number to call or set up payment plan. I attempted to call the number on invoice as I was surprised with the amount owed and had questions. I received a robot answering service that provided me with an option to wait on the line for a ***resentative. So I attempted to wait and after 10 mins was provided a voicemail to leave a message. Customer service/billing appears to be nonexistent, i have received numerous bills and every attempt to contact company leads nowhere. I have left messages and phone umber but never received a callback. A check was issued by *** and mailed to the company, on *** website it records date check was cleared by IRhythm.
