Horrible CS!!! Ive called 8 times regarding a balance for my 14 day heart monitor. After going through their automated phone circles over and over it requires you to leave a voicemail. Ive left several messages over the course of several days. NO response back ever! And at 1 point the automated had me leave a review of the agent who answered but no agent ever answered my calls! Looking at these comments, I'm not sure how this company is still operating. I am in the process of having an absolutely horrible experience with them. I wore a Zio monitor in June of 25, I sent it back right away and then didn't hear anything or see any claims until February of 26. At this point, they billed THE WRONG INSURANCE COMPANY. I have no idea how they were even able to obtain my current insurance providers information. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a medical company. Do not use them. The chances of their monitor actually recording anything are close to zero, but the chances of receiving a ridiculous bill are over 100%. Trying to resolve the issue or dispute the bill is like talking to a wall.PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. Supporting them will only make them more arrogant.
**************** is flat out rude. I needed help with the unit was told they call me back in 15 min well NEVER did. I finally took device off and sent it back and told my cardiologist im never using them again. Then get this insane bill and when I tried to get it explained basically said pay it or go to collections. Never ever use anything from them again..PERIOD
I've had the same experience as everyone else - unable to connect with a person using the number listed on the bill, and emails that have not been returned. Another reviewer stated calling the number on the ** code (listed on my bill) provided a different number, so I tried that. I was able to get in touch with a representative, who said they had submitted my claim to my insurance, but she was unable to provide a confirmation number. I received a bill but never any results from the test. Neither did my ** receive results. The customer service only exists to receive money not offer help. No real people to talk to. Run away!!!!!
The process of wearing a Zio patch was ok. I had to figure out on my own how to apply it and use it. I was told to pick it up at the cardiologist office that I was referred to. A secretary handed it to me and told me how to mail it back. Thankfully the how to use was easy enough. However, the customer service department for this company lacks. I had received a bill from iRhythm which included a preprinted envelope with their address. I sent a check for the invoice using THEIR envelope. About 10 days later, I started receiving emails and text messages requesting payment immediately. I looked at my account and saw that the check was never cashed. I wanted to give it a few more days, but they persisted in requesting payment which I gave to them by phone using a credit card.
