The ask me to give them my *** paper emailed they it told me to wait 5 to 7 days for review 2 weeks later nothing and all they say is please be patient while we keep reviewing.

To whom this may concern I have proof that my dues were paid up until March 27 and padsplit is trying to charge me for a week that hasn't come yet and i no longer live there plus they are trying to add a 175 fee when the written agreement i have a copy of says 35$ Please help me as padsplit.com is trying to illegally charge me and may be doing the same to others

Good idea but terrible execution. Bungalow is a much better ** living organization. PadSplit is a haven for felons and lowlifes. You will en**unter extreme drama and abuse until youre the one perpetuating the drama and abuse. Stay away from it his Company. Sleep at the airport or train station and save your money. PadSplit is trash.

I have had to move to several different padsplit properties over the past few months' due problems with either roommate some of whom smoked weed, or lack of host response to repairs. When there are serious problems with troubled padmates, customer service will tell you to talk it out. Most people have to actually call the police and file charges to enforce their boundaries according to the rules of the service. The properties are not as described on the site and by the time you find out you are already moved to the new place... read more

Padsplit took money from me without my knowledge. They don't give refunds. Worst experience ever. Because of what happened I can't afford to move out of a particular place like I had intended to. I am currently living in a town with no benefits. People in this town are not very helpful. Padsplit will take money two days before your rent is due.

Padsplit keeps harassing me, calling me a million times about the same thing. I keep having to repeat myself over and over. Sending harassing emails, lying that they didn't receive any of my emails I sent, although ****** said they did send it. They keep terminating my contract even though the owner says they're willing to work with me, just a bunch of lies and harassment. Charging crazy fees. They leave me with no choice but to seek legal remedy.

There is a host (two keys) who has us living without a washing machine...without refrigerators...who has squatters in 5 of the 10 rooms in here. We tell them. They do nothing Door codes aren't changed old members just come back in when they want...the roaches are many...it's just bad...and I have no way of relocating right now.

No heat, leaky ceiling, landlord yells at you. Neighborhood has boarded up houses and they won't tell you. No refund.

I am a member of padsplit and my unit has not had hot water for over a month. The other members in the house and myself have been putting in ticket after ticket and it's been escalated to the 2nd tier multiple times with no response from the host TWO KEYS. I have email documentation of the discussions with notes taken from the padsplit customer service representatives. They installed a new hot water heater but still nothing. No hot water and no updates!!! This is unsanitary, unsafe, and unethical. I'm still getting charged f... read more
