******* and ***** did a great job this past week helping to identify and fix my dryer vent connections in my attic after I found water spots in my ceiling. In addition to this, they also cleaned out my dryer vent. They went above and beyond!

I would like to give a specific shoutout to ******* ******* from Trident Plumbing, who came out to my home in the ******** area today for a toilet replacement.The scope of work ended up being much more thorough than I initially expected. Lachlan and ***** did a great job replacing a faulty pressure reduction valve and tankless water heater. They did a great job explaining what the problems were. Lachlan also removed a mixing valve that was no longer needed, as there was no longer a double handled faucet in the tub. This helped to clean up a congested plumbing area, and it also made it much easier to get to the new shut-off valve. They cleaned up the area when they were finished.
