******* was outstanding. He was prompt, respectful, and completed all of our required items. He explained what needed to happen and followed up upon completion of the work. He even worked effectively with our dog watching every move he made. I highly recommend trident for all your plumbing needs. You hit the jackpot if you get Lachlan when someone is dispatched.

Lachlan and ***** did a great job replacing a faulty pressure reduction valve and tankless water heater. They did a great job explaining what the problems were. Lachlan also removed a mixing valve that was no longer needed, as there was no longer a double handled faucet in the tub. This helped to clean up a congested plumbing area, and it also made it much easier to get to the new shut-off valve. They cleaned up the area when they were finished. **** was absolutely fantastic. Never great to have to call a plumber. This is our 2nd service needed & it got fixed up in a timely fashion. Extremely educated & even explained it to where I could understand. Thumbs up!!!

***** and ***** came out the same day I called to get help with a massive leak someplace at my house. They did some diagnosis and by the next day they had determined that the leak was someplace between my house the street - not under the slab! ***** is very knowledgeable and experienced and explained everything he was doing. ***** was especially good at explaining everything about the paperwork. Both are GREAT! I highly recommend Trident plumbing as well as ***** and *****. I'm a happy customer.
