I would like to give a specific shoutout to ******* ******* from Trident Plumbing, who came out to my home in the ******** area today for a toilet replacement.The scope of work ended up being much more thorough than I initially expected. Lachlan and ***** did a great job replacing a faulty pressure reduction valve and tankless water heater. They did a great job explaining what the problems were. Lachlan also removed a mixing valve that was no longer needed, as there was no longer a double handled faucet in the tub. This helped to clean up a congested plumbing area, and it also made it much easier to get to the new shut-off valve. They cleaned up the area when they were finished. **** was absolutely fantastic. Never great to have to call a plumber. This is our 2nd service needed & it got fixed up in a timely fashion. Extremely educated & even explained it to where I could understand. Thumbs up!!!

***** and ***** came out the same day I called to get help with a massive leak someplace at my house. They did some diagnosis and by the next day they had determined that the leak was someplace between my house the street - not under the slab! ***** is very knowledgeable and experienced and explained everything he was doing. ***** was especially good at explaining everything about the paperwork. Both are GREAT! I highly recommend Trident plumbing as well as ***** and *****. I'm a happy customer.
