As a business owner for over 30 years, I have dealt with many of phone and internet companies that promise you a great rate but then increase it tremendously yearly or so. This company guarantees a price and it never changes. I am going on my second 5 year term with them and if I'm around, I'll sign for another! They brought my system up to date when I signed on originally and upgraded it recently when I signed again! Transferred service from 8x8 which we implemented in 2008. UGS salesperson was new but transparent. Reached out for support when needed to ensure my questions were answered accurately. 12 phone numbers were successfully transferred. We opted for new equipment, and it was helpful that UGS offered a variety of models, including wireless handsets. The phones were easy to configure onto our networks. I have had nothing but positive experiences with unified global solutions. We had a power outage in our area and they set up and emergency forward for us in minutes. I have never had to wait on hold for a long time. Every experience has been very pleasant.

Very forthcoming straight forward company. They explained everything in detail and there are no hidden fees or misc. charges on our bill like our previous provider. The phones work great, have tons of features, everyone is super helpful, and our monthly cost is a fraction of what it used to be. I can't thank UGS enough for their amazing service!
