Keep your eyes on the long game! No doubt that the pandemic and supply chain disruptions have pitched everyone's schedule upside down - and "Remodeling" has certainly been impacted with chip shortages (appliances) and labor/supply chain shortages (everything else). USI did an amazing job on my kitchen. They worked with nothing and somehow made it in to an incredible functioning room. Everything was 1st class - from design to completion. Very profesional and truely cared about the customer & the outcome. I would hlghly recommend them to anyone as they are experts in their field.

I LOVE the new master bath USI built for us! It's simply beautiful. Chris and Gordon had a clear vision of what we wanted when they took a dated, 20-year old bathroom down to the studs. They also respected our budget, stuck to it and helped us make the most of our design choices. They were diligent about the construction schedule, too. Our job was done in 8 weeks as projected. We had a major remodeling project of our 3,000 sq ft / 4 bedroom house in Grapevine, TX (Taking walls down, moving plumbing, putting windows in, taking windows and doors out, putting wood floors in, removing texture from the walls, etc.). Chris Chumbley and his team did a fantastic job! The work with done with high quality. Following the final walkthrough, Chris made sure to return and complete anything that was outstanding (just some minor items). Highly recommend this firm and Chris.

We did a full house remodel of our 1994 home in Keller. The project began the last weekend in August, which is why we put down September as the project date. While researching remodeling companies, we were impressed with USI's gallery photos, which then led us to their Houzz page. This was our third remodel with USI Design and just like the other two projects, they did a great job. When we first me with Chris, I told him that we wanted a bathroom with a WOW factor. He certainly provided that in the job and we are pleased with the outcome.
