i should have not they were kind and on point with everything always checked in sent me emails messages etc now that we installed, they don't answer my emails or calls and getting in touch is impossible we have not yet received the money promised and they give attitude i should have never i don't recommend ive been waiting all day on a call back and nothing i will be seeking into legal matters

Do Not Use ESP Every single step of the installation and post installation has been a nightmare. I’ve had my system for a while now and I’ve had three outages and have lost months worth of production. They never call, I have to constantly check my monitoring. They are impossible to communicate with, they hang up, don’t return calls and nobody ever has any answers only excuses for why they don’t respond or answer calls. Never work with these people. The company cut a hole in my roof while installing the solar. Now my roof has had water pouring into the breaker box when it rains. This has caused extensive damage to the inside of my home. The company says it falls outside of their warranty, so they won't fix it. The house insurance won't cover it as they say it was negligent installation. So I'm out all the money to get multiple elections out as well as roofers and contractors to repair the inside. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I signed up for this project in July 2022. It is currently May of 2024 and my system is still not functioning. I've had to sign three different contracts because they neglected to tell me in the beginning that I would need a brand new panel that added to the cost. Sale The young man that sat down with us Ramon, was knowledgeable and explained everything from your electric to solar, how many panels you would need to stay ahead, if you need or if you would want a backup battery, EV plug and estimate. Solar install So ℹ recently had this company install 13 panels on my roof back in 2021 middle of Covid. They failed to properly access my roof pending solar installation. Stating my roof would not need replacement for at-least 10 more years. Not even 3 years later I now need a new roof and they want to charge me over 5,000$ to remove and reinstall. As such, we cannot cover the work to remove and replace the solar under our warranty.
