Pretty much spending money just to let me know what is wrong with my furnace and what I need to change.

We went out to this customers home for an $89 clean and check. The technician performed the full and thorough clean and check and found that the humidifier was leaking water, the capacitor is still in line but is running an 8.7 out of 10, the flame sensor is also dirty and needs replacing. He also requested a quote on his water heater, which we left for him. He was only charged $89, and we did not do any work without his consent/approval. Don� t hire them! I called to get my humidifier working. The first guy that came out said he fixed it and I decided to take out a yearly service contract with them. I had noticed the humidifier never came on after that so I called them back. The next guy that came out told me I needed a new motherboard in my furnace because the circuit wasn� t giving power to the humidifier. This customer did approach us asking for a refund on the service agreement, and we did refund her the unused portion of her agreement. However, when she asked for a refund she did not state why or state that she thinks we made any sort of mistake. It was simply a request that we honored. However, had she had told us that she thinks our tech made a mistake in diagnosing, we would have researched it and if we did make a mistake (which is possible - people do make mistakes sometimes) we would have offered a full refund.
Did not respond to my text message on there sight regarding price charged.
Be careful with the price you get from Gary. He's a liar.

The contractor tried to charge me $270 for a part that is sold less than $10 even though I agreed to pay $135 for the diagnosis and other fees (after hours service call). I confronted the technician and he told me that there is no way, he will wait for me to go get the part at Home Depot...he will rather sell their part to me. This is a serious ripoff and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE ELSE. In addition the guy who came to service my a/c was not courteous and thought I was naive.

This company had me wait 6 hours at my home and NEVER called to keep me posted etc.... the tenants still needed the service but that is so unprofessional and the person I spoke to stated that is what happens! That was it!

Ac not blowing cold air. I called GandR and was told they would come out the following day and the service fee was $95. The technician came out, Cleaned out filter. Told me he fixed the problem. I was skeptical. 3 hours later it s 85 degrees in my house. Call G&R back and they told me that they only fixed half my problem. They would need to return the following day and it would be another $95 service fee. Seriously? Don t waste your time.

The filter was clogged and it was the problem, a secondary problem became apparent later. However, although we were not wrong, we went ahead a refunded the customer her money anyways.
