Happytail Puppies! Thank you for our new fur baby! I wished I would've known about this place sooner because the process was smooth and the atmosphere was energetic, professional, and also HAPPY. I would recommend Happytails to anyone who is looking for a new fur baby.
Being referred by a family friend, I knew what type of puppy I wanted. The hardest part was searching through the pics of all the ADORABLE pups. After picking my puppy out. I had a few questions. I called and spoke to ********* who was terrific in answering all of them. A couple of days before I was scheduled to pick up my furbaby. ********* called to tell me that with her final vet check they found out she had a parasite. They started her on meds. We arrived. Spent time with a few and settled on a beautiful sweet male pup. Facility was clean, staff was friendly and organized. We have recommended to several folks!Love our little fur ball??
Easy process with well laid out instructions, prior to picking up our puppy, and shes been absolutely wonderful, just turned 3mo and she already is basically potty trained (only a couple small accidents when shes super excited playing hard).
When we arrived, the facility was clean and orderly. The staff was very polite and friendly. ***** was very accommodating. The puppies we went there to see seemed happy and healthy.We adopted a male Maltese puppy and took him home the same day. He is a healthy puppy and is adjusting well. He has bonded well with us and is just about house trained after a week.This leads me to believe that he was raised and treated well while in their care.Our puppy had a complete health record which they made available to us for his Vet visi... read more
They had allot of puppies to choose from and they made the process of adopting our pet very easy. I also loved how they all followed up with us after we brought her home.
11 days ago our newest family came into our livesall thanks to Happytails. Our mini portidoodle, ******, is nothing less of perfection. **** is a teacup bichpoo that we have had for a couple weeks now. She is a joy and is bubbling with personality! She is the fifth member of our pack and is not afraid of the pups or our cat! Happy tail Puppies provided great service! Would use again and highly recommend!
