When we arrived, the facility was clean and orderly. The staff was very polite and friendly. ***** was very accommodating. The puppies we went there to see seemed happy and healthy.We adopted a male Maltese puppy and took him home the same day. He is a healthy puppy and is adjusting well. They had allot of puppies to choose from and they made the process of adopting our pet very easy. I also loved how they all followed up with us after we brought her home.

**** is a teacup bichpoo that we have had for a couple weeks now. She is a joy and is bubbling with personality! She is the fifth member of our pack and is not afraid of the pups or our cat! Happy tail Puppies provided great service! Would use again and highly recommend!

Great puppy place! ********* helped me and my wife with the purchase of two loving puppies and continued to following up days after the adoption. The puppies were healthy and had documentation of their origin and all medical records. I would highly recommend Happy Tails Puppies!
We were impressed with the staff and the part of the facility that we saw. Our puppy had been well cared for and has a wonderful disposition. She did have some GI issues requiring a vet visit, but seemed to be the **** food we were transitioning her to. We have since changed to Science Diet and shes doing great. We didnt like that they require you to stay on their vitamins to keep the pet health guarantee, especially if our vet doesnt see the need for it. Overall we had a good experience.

Happytail Puppies were excellent in their customer service on the phone and in person. ***************************** helped me with the sale and pick-up logistics for me to get there, 4-5 hrs from home. They gave me advice on his first few weeks at his new home. They helped me set up his health insurance and vitamins. ***************************** was compassionate and very professional. She checked on us days later to see how everything was going. Great breeders and customer service!
