The location of the hotel was perfect! The staff were very kind and helpful when you needed them. The fact that we had to ask for towels and house keeping. Also, the ice bucket had no plastic bags which I had to ask for also. The hotel could be loud at times and thin walls. We were on the 10th floor and when we went back during the day to rest is could be noisy by employees talking in the hallway. Maybe we we were close to a maintenance room. The location
