Wonderful Room was a little bit dusty but no big issues. Excellent location. Flatiron building is around the corner, Empire State Building visible from the front doorstep. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, nice hot shower, not very luxurious and some rooms can be a bit noisy, but a great place to rest during a city trip.

Good for a 1-2 night stay in NYC. It’s a little dated and they did not offer breakfast. The location was good. A parking garage was nearby. The staff were very helpful and kind. They stored my bags before check- in and after check out(small fee) so I could sight see. I felt safe with my family.
