I booked a room threw padsplit at ************************************************* , it was a total nightmare! The slumlords house reeked of Marijuana Smoke ! Roches on the stove , both refrigerators had bugs running all threw it , this a listing padsplit listed on there website! The house is a DUMP ! please don't move into this property ! Nothing.. just a slum land Lord...who has 18 plus 5 kids living in an a three bedroom home that ********* from two keys turned into a ****************************** the basement with the electric box... when it rains it destroyed my property.. they have illegally evicted me by changing the fronts door code ajd the code to my bedroom while in court and then after a consent is signed by a judge . the next day they went and took my belongings out the room while the consent stated I had one more month left..farm even look the lo... read more

I believe PadSplit needs a better team in regards to costumer services & the host they work with. The communication between the property manager & third party company as a renter is a headache. There was a time earlier this year I had to transfer rooms due to filthy living environment. Im talking room never cleaned mold in mattress, food debris on walls, I mean I could go on. Had been attempting to change locations in the Padslit network of housing options. They run background checks on their applicants before approving residents. They say this process is fast 2-3 days... It is now over a month. More over they offer a pay 12 weeks upfront option as an alternative to submitting of work history option. Have called repeatedly about the background check, the response has been 'we will look into it's. This company adverting placing that has rat infestation call to file a complaint about the issue they stated that it will take up to 1-2 weeks for the issue to get resolved and stated that I can transfer to another location but the will also take up to ***** house, and they want us to continue to stay and pay rent while there rats in the house that is against Georgia landlord and tenant agreement. there is No supervisor that you can talk to only thing can do is place a ticket in for someone to call you back also speaking wit... read more

They charged me $19 regardless and then asked me to provide paystubs. The only reason for me to look for a room to rent was because I was in between jobs and they rejected my application with NO refund. I provided my paystubs from only two weeks ago and my savings but no, wasn't enough for them. Getting a job at *** would have been easier. What a scam!

WARNING!!! ??????I give this 0 stars actually!!I moved into a house in *******, *******, **. I was attacked by a roommate and hurt badly! They didn't do a background check and this girl had an active warrant for her arrest. I'm on disability for a traumatic brain injury and this was very dangerous for me! I had to get a TPO against this padmate because padsplit did NOTHING about it despite absolute proof of her threatening me, trying to poison my service dog, and putting dirt in my food. I have been living in padsplit since November of 2022. This has been the worst experience in my life . My first room had a leak in the ceiling , the maintenance really didn't seem consider . Then I went to a different room in the house , it was fine but it had ants crawling on the ceiling and spiders everywhere. Then on top of that I had a very Loud roommate that was a prostitute. She finally moved out. But now we have a resident living in the property climbing through the windows and selling drugs to the current residents. ... read more

The fridge and the fridge is still leaking on the inside and out 5 maintenance request later destroying food that I HAVE TO BUY food that Im not getting reimbursed on.
