Awful. No health packet received after 30 days. Was told 15 days. No one answers the phone. No one returned my call. Is this a SCAM?
Shut it down! Fraud! They took my money and disappeared. An investigation has been opened to find these perps.

I don't even know how I got involved with First Enroll Health. I was on the marketplace and thought I was talking to Ambetter. They said the premium for my newborn was two hundred & sixty per month, I made the first payment with them through the phone along with a twenty dol lar fee. After a week I get two bills from Ambetter for three hundred and five hundred. I have called FirstEnroll at least 3 times and they have been "escalating" my case because they don't have record of my payment and can't explain why they said the pr... read more

This place is a SCAM! The agent signed me up for insurance and took my credit card over the phone. When I got an email with a temporary card, it said this is NOT insurance. I called him back and he said he will put me on a real insurance plan, which he never emailed me a temporary card to verify. I asked him to reverse the charges because I felt he was scamming me and he said only customer service could do that. He gave me their phone# and email. Its unfortunate that when you begin looking for health insurance, you get bombarded with calls and I unfortunately answered the call for First Enroll (though they NEVER identified themselves). The health insurance plan I paid for was not what I agreed to verbally. Paid for the first 6 weeks out of pocket ($523) and got charged another $400+ 30 days later instead of at week 6. Im infuriated! They kept my payment method on file after I requested they remove it from my account last month. I spoke to Agent ***************************** from ************ and specifically told him I needed an insurance that covered mental health and substance abuse. He assured me I would be covered with this plan and even looked up the rehab facility I intended to check into. After paying into it for months I find out I am in fact not covered for mental health or inpatient treatment. What kind of person would play with someones health and purposefully deceive them.
