My insurance runs out with my employer on September 30th. I have two options: 1) continue with retirement benefits 2) pursue other plans. I look at other plans including FirstEnroll. I was told I have 30 days to cancel. I was told the policy was a gap policy for people who are temporarily unemployed. I also pursued a private policy. This is a scam! I wish I could give negative stars. I received a call from them offering me a pretty great sounding health coverage plan with a $426 monthly premium for health, dental and vision. The told me it would cover my current doctors and specialists after asking who they were, and that the plan would begin October 1. The agent was very pushy that I needed to sign up on the spot (first red flag), but when they proceeded to give me an ACCT number and a member ID, I thought it may be legitimate. This place is a HUGE scam! This wonderful "polite" faker gentleman over the phone offered me a ghost health insurance company called Multiplan ... that it works in 50 states, 0 deductible, no outpocket maximun. I explained my medical situation and that i needed a health insurance and he used a third party company for billing to carry out his scammed. I have been charged ****** a month for months and months for insurance. They cover nothing! No urgent care, nothing basic like a mammogram no medicine. Even the doctors they list that they claim accept their insurance have never even heard of them. If you try and call the company you sit on hold for hours. No one answers. I just want my money back and for my card to quit being charged every month. Do not buy this insurance.

I have called and called and tried to speak with a representative with regard to cancellation of the policy for the last three days. I keep getting transferred and transferred, and then hung up on. Then when you wait in their que after a period of time they say that you have exceeded their wait times and someone will call you back between 5 and 7pm at night. The call never comes. Joining in on the calls for SCAM!FirstEnroll LLC engages in sales nationwide of fake health plans that will not cover your needs, however they promise you they will. They pressure you to sign a time-sensitive signature sent to you via your phone during your conversation. I am very upset! I also was told they were insurance. I have been paying since May 1st. I've only received email "so called" cards.This is ridiculous and I am going to get satisfaction!

Even after we cancelled services with this company they continued to charge our card for months. We just discovered this and will be contacting the company for our money back. After reading these comments I have some major concerns, but will not stop until our money is returned.
