scam supposed in network hospital could not find plan in system and did not accept card. if you call the number on the card you get an automated runaround followed by a long hold before it asks for your phone number then hangs up with promise to call back when a rep is available. 2 days later and still no call back

First Enroll is a scam! I was told by an agent for nest insurance that I had full coverage through Federal Life. I cannot get first enroll on the phone. I had "coverage" since March . First Enroll took my money until I called the federal government to find out that First Enroll had been charging me, but I have had no coverage since July. I was told that I would receive my policy information via email and that Insurance cards would follow via regular mail. I have received NOTHING!!!! and the phone number i was provided for my agent does not work. I am filing this as a fraudulent charge with my credit card company today. This is despicable and very frustrating.

As an immigrant to this country, I have been trying my best to navigate and understand how the healthcare system works.
