Company harasses and attempts to use scare tactics through litigation or collection agencies for bills that the date ranges change without any documentation provided to us, the homeowner. When contacting property manager, we have email and voice recordings saying it would be straightened out for UPA to go against this and continue harassment.

If I could give less than one star I would. The people that work in the office are extremely rude and unprofessional and continue to make mistakes regarding accounts but can't seem to answer why it happens. Had we known what a disaster it would be like to live in a development that uses UPA we probably wouldn't have moved here.

UPA is the absolute worse property management company to ever exist. The entire staff are unprofessional, rude, and they are clueless as it relates to customer service. I own a condo in the Riverwalk community and I have experienced nothing but issues with UPA. I have only lived in the unit for a year and there have been three different property managers over the course of one year. They do not respond to e-mails nor return phone calls. I've had very poor experience with this association management agency. Any time you speak with someone, they are rude and at best dismissive.

UPA ,in my opinion, is the worst run property management company in the area. How they continue to operate in such an unprofessional manner is amazing!! I have been in Real Estate here for over 10 years. I have NEVER spoke with another agent that has had anything positive to say about this company!!! I try very hard to direct my clients from any UPA managed property. As an owner that would concern me greatly!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Single Family Homes director is rude as hell. It took me almost a week to get any answers from her about some simple repairs on my rental. They are very dodgy with emails and never ever answer their phones. I have had to leave voicemails every time i've called during my three year stay with them. When I did get a repair man they were not very professional or nice. My rental was infested with roaches and spiders due to poor insulation when I got it. The worst company to do business with and we're stuck! I never received a statement for home owner dues and then the first mailing I get is a late payment notice with $30 added to it. I called and asked them and they basically said - "tough...we are not responsible for what the post office does." Now, this time I did receive a statement on 6/3/15 and I mailed the check immediately using their coupon and return envelope. They never cashed the check. One of the worst experiences I've ever had to go through! Listen to the other reviews. I had my roof leak (never fixed), and most notably, the house was invaded by bees (never fixed). That's right you read that correctly, BEES were in the house and the lack of response would amaze the Pope himself. I left the lease early due to government orders and now they are trying to get me to pay for the extra months I won't be present! United Property Associates is a big joke! I can't believe they are allowed to run a property management business. I moved into a nice condo in August of 2014. Once I settled, I called UPA regarding my Welcome Home packet. It took them TWO months (in the middle of October) to finally mail the packet after I called ten times. You think they would want to collect their condo fees. Then, they slammed me with a late fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They mailed the packet in the middle of the month!
