I have been working with UPA for 7 years. I will definitely say they are about taking care of the renter and themselves but not the owner of the property. Every dime they could charge me, they did. Items broken by the renter, I was charged for. Inspections were subpar. I was not informed of all repairs that needed to be made. I was told after it was taken out of my return. If I could give it no stars I would. I visited a property after seeing an add on Craigslist. It fit my budget so after viewing it with Cindy I applied. Upon approval I was told three units were being readied and I needed to place a hold fee down. I complied. Several days later I received an emailed welcome letter with a assigned unit and a rental amount that was not what was discussed or agreed upon . I honestly don't even know where to begin. When we moved in, the fees were 230. Now they are 275. Our condos don't have ANY amenities. This includes no pool, clubhouse, park, dog parks, or anywhere to BBQ. So why am i paying this much? Also they want to power wash and are demanding each resident pay an EXTRA $430 because they didn't include it into their yearly budget. Thats the residents problem why? If I could give a 0 star I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! MY air conditioner has been broke for a whole year. This year I told them I need my air conditioner fixed and they kept telling me I would be charged if nothing was wrong with it. Long story short I ask them to check it and they sent me a portable ONE portable unit and told me maintenance is on vacation and the no one was able to come out. HOW??? It's 88 degrees outside! WHAT IF I MY HOUSE FLOOD THEN WHAT? THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO RENT FROM !!!

Andrew Paul our manager is a complete Dumpster fire when it comes to property management. Does not get back to you, plays games, and is clueless about management. STAY AWAY FROM UPA!!!! I asked for the CC&Rs to put a new roof on my house and I had to explain what they were to Andrew, yet my dogs being off leash in the front yard not leaving the property I received a letter on with the portion of the CC&R about dogs off leash. Takes for ever to reply and face to face scoffing at any criticism. Terrible company.

These people will not work with nor even communicate with their residents. they are the worst of the worst. My daughter can't make the rent because of loss of work and she wants to move home. she tried communicating this to the property manager who just kept telling her no, she has to give 60 days notice. well 60 days ago was just as this all started with the Coronavirus and she told them as soon as the the loss of income happened. the manager told her to get letters from the workplace. she did. they never communicated to he... read more

I'm so sorry about living in3164 Azalea Garden area now we have pitbulls living out here sometime no leash on them one up stairs and one beside me I really don't understand this place I'm moving out next year can't take it any more . No need to call the office poo are around the area can't take out trash without stepping on it this is it for me they need to come out and check this area sometime or come out of the office . Liz

Don't not rent from this property i pray that the people running this company get everything they have coming to them they have hurt so many people and their families and also put so many people in financial issues. there is no way in heaven this is a blessing when god blessing there is no way he's apart of this mess, how do you bully someone into taking your unit? that would have been a red flag for me who ever is writing up these lease cant spell it was so many errors in this clown lease stop trying to bully gods people... read more
