This HOA is terrible, by no means nice or accommodating! As a resident we are given two spots and we have a visitor's pass (paid in HOA fees). My sister, a resident, who was legally parked with the visitor pass in a visitor's spot was towed in the middle of the night WRONGFULLY! The reason for being towed was her tags are registered and she shouldn't be there. Excuse me there is no rule stating residents can not be parked in those spots! So UPA are now our new homeowners management and going on month 7 of asking about work needing to be done on my unit. I get the run around and keep getting strung along and now dont get emails or call backs....worst change ever. I am beyond furious...this is what our dues pay for?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope this review will help property owners and residents make a correct choice and give their business to another company. Your property will be devalued with this management company. Beware!

Terrible customer service. I've been with UPA since 2006 and they never seem to get it. Anytime I've had a question, they either don't know the answer or don't call back. They're quick to bill and send send past due notices, but not quick to answer any questions.

Never rent by private landlord if they have an HOA or if this is a property Managed by them SHADY company...if you are a HOME OWNER and your HOA is using them as a property management company I highly suggest you look at your yearly statements and look around your community to see if that work has been done...they use non licensed contractor which more than like have no back ground checks much less do quality work or even complete the job before getting paid. HOMEOWNERS GET FORENSIC AUDITS DONE YOU ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF.

I can not wait until our contract is up with UPA!!! I feel like the employees are used car salesman selling me a three wheel car and calling it reliable !!! Here is why, Hire contractors that do not know the basics and then do not pay them The moron reading our water meter can't read so we have outrageous bills!!! Where is my $140 a month going, been asking for 4 years? Trash and road repairs in 2033 is the best answer so far!!! Nothing moves fast unless they need from you!!! If I could give them negative stars I would. I know that Property Associates are likely targets for disgruntled homeowners who have been fined for not mowing their lawn or letting their homes fall into disrepair, but I would stay away from them because of their complete lack of professionalism. It is nearly impossible to get them to return phone calls, despite their claims to get back to you in one business day. This company is ridiculous. They changed their billing address to be in Boston. Those idiot progressives up there do not understand basic accounting. When a payment comes in to cover a notice pay that notice not the general account of property owner. I paid a pass due notice for water and less than thirty days later received a final notice for same bills with a reduced balance due on current association fees. Poorly run organization. Cannot get a human on the phone who knows what is going on with property accounts. They state they will return calls or emails within one working day. FALSE! When you do get a human on the phone or in person, they tell you conflicting information against what is being sent through the mail. Don't take the employee's word for what is on the account because you will get a late notice. Now, they do not send 1st notices (they say they do), just 2nd and final.
