The worst among worst!! When you call, they promise to call back within one business day.....what a joke! A week goes by and no call! Try calling back several times and ,of course they are in a meeting YET again!!! I guess they don't want their money! Oh wait, they want you to be really late so they can charge you a huge late fee!! i was moving to va from nc. i found a property with this company 6 weeks prior to my move date. came to va gave my deposit and waited for my move in date. exactly one week prior to my move in date tina kennedy and her supervisors lisa call to inform me the property is not available... only thing they could offer me was an apology and a refund. i transferred everything from my job to my kids school. this is not fair and ridiculous... i will forever tell everyone i meet never to deal with this company until i die... i wish the... read more
Horrible customer service within the main office in VA Beach and even worse rental policies with single family homes. I'm so angry that I did not listen to these reviews! Please don't rent anything from this company and homeowners should seek another company for management services. Many of the staff are unprofessional and rude!
While most HOA's are fairly benign, this one is by far the worst example of an HOA I have ever had to endure. I lived in my home for 9 years and suffered letters for the most ridiculous things you could imagine. Something as simply as my grass not all matching color. It wasn't enough that I mowed and edged my grass, it all had to be uniform color and texture. Customer service is horrendous. You can't ever get in touch with anyone to get issues resolved. Scheduled maintenance doesn't get done when it's supposed to. We even had our own vehicle towed from our own parking lot and had to pay $150 to get it back. Steer clear of this place!
J.L. We had this association at a rental condo and was so happy to move into our own single family home, just to find out that the HOA was run by UPA. They are so behind the times in technology for keeping up with your account. You may or may not be able to talk to anyone if you call. Can you have a complete overhaul of your business practices? Start from scratch, seriously!
Bad lack of communication...calls and emails not returned! Three different reps in three years. The newest rep is away on vacation for 2 weeks. Broken piece of siding on front of my condo not fixed after 8 months. Dead bushes in gardens over 6 months. What's with this company?
Awful awful awful. Andrew Paul is our manager. Less than helpful always condescending. I was on deploymentast year and a tree branch broke and fell on the house. Due to the way it fell it was over the trashcans and dogdoor. $700 for the emergency call. We Called this gem Andrew and he said there was nothing they could do. This HOA is terrible, by no means nice or accommodating! As a resident we are given two spots and we have a visitor's pass (paid in HOA fees). My sister, a resident, who was legally parked with the visitor pass in a visitor's spot was towed in the middle of the night WRONGFULLY! The reason for being towed was her tags are registered and she shouldn't be there. Excuse me there is no rule stating residents can not be parked in those spots!
