I have been living at the condo about 2 years now. When I bought the condo, the condo fee was $208. When I moved into the condo, my condo fee became $228. Talked to the property manager was told the condo fee was never $208. Well, I already bought the condo. There is nothing I can change. One day, when I woke up in the morning, found out my car was missing. I parked my car on the side of the street, where allow people to park. I called my UPA, was told my car was towed!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd give them zero stars, but then people wouldn't realize that I have rated them. I have lived in the same property for 22 years and know my building and take care of it. Due to the blatant disregard of the condo management of Turnberry Two at USPA, I am now left with a soaking wet kitchen floor and possibly a damaged dishwasher. When water from the main sewage line backs up into your house, that's a problem and one that should be taken seriously.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely Awful. They do not return phone calls and they do not provide services as promised. They take the property's money and do not perform the services promised.

We moved to our single family home neighborhood out of desperation - our assigned military home was infested with mold and the company refused to take care of it. We were sick for 3 months so, even though we didn't want to live in an HOA dictatorship, we decided that 3 years in the place wouldn't be horrible. Maybe it wouldn't be if the UPA was run by professionals, that is. Do not take care of business unless you miss a HOA payment. Lady across the street flower bed is hideous for years now! No citation. Nothing. Makes neighborhood look horrible! I tried emailing pics to Ed Carter. Email returned.

Update: Seven months later from my last review. Nothing has gotten any better. Huge dogs in the complex,(including Pitt Bulls). My daughters doc say no dogs over 25 lbs. Dragus, allowed this, despite of the rules to sell the units, because they don't have to live their. Now she is dealing with the newest incompetent woman on their staff. I believe one of the hiring criteria for this company, is that you must pass a rudeness test. This woman who is in charge of landscaping is as incompetent and rude as all of the rest ... read more

I decided to write this review when I realized I've spent $15,600 in condo feeds the past 5 years. Yet our doors have had chipped paint the whole time. Our sideway and staircase have looked hideous the whole time and have fallen into shambles. So it seems only fair that the responsible parties google search results, look equally as ugly until this company treats us like people who pay them $260 per month to upkeep a tiny condo. United Properties is the ABSOLUTE worst! Yep, I'm about to drop names... Michelle Brown - remiss, Lisa (?), and OMG... the front desk entire staff are clueless and do not have the capability to multi task. Their listings shown on the internet are so decades old; they don't show anything that would glorify or enhance some to live there. I'm sick to death of them. Eff a beware! BEWARE the association manager where I own my condo is incompetent. She failed to stay on top of owner to renter ratios, therefore condos can't be sold easilt. Also, since this person took over the property values have fallen $50,000,foreclosures are up and empty condo are the norm. Condo rules and regs are not enforced and water bills are shared by homeowners if water meters are broken Personal property responsibilities have selectively been paid for with condo dues and board members are vetted and picked by the manager. ... read more
