Never rent by private landlord if they have an HOA or if this is a property Managed by them SHADY company...if you are a HOME OWNER and your HOA is using them as a property management company I highly suggest you look at your yearly statements and look around your community to see if that work has been done...they use non licensed contractor which more than like have no back ground checks much less do quality work or even complete the job before getting paid. HOMEOWNERS GET FORENSIC AUDITS DONE YOU ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF.

I can not wait until our contract is up with UPA!!! I feel like the employees are used car salesman selling me a three wheel car and calling it reliable !!! Here is why, Hire contractors that do not know the basics and then do not pay them The moron reading our water meter can't read so we have outrageous bills!!! Where is my $140 a month going, been asking for 4 years? Trash and road repairs in 2033 is the best answer so far!!! Nothing moves fast unless they need from you!!! If I could give them negative stars I would. I know that Property Associates are likely targets for disgruntled homeowners who have been fined for not mowing their lawn or letting their homes fall into disrepair, but I would stay away from them because of their complete lack of professionalism. It is nearly impossible to get them to return phone calls, despite their claims to get back to you in one business day. This company is ridiculous. They changed their billing address to be in Boston. Those idiot progressives up there do not understand basic accounting. When a payment comes in to cover a notice pay that notice not the general account of property owner. I paid a pass due notice for water and less than thirty days later received a final notice for same bills with a reduced balance due on current association fees. Poorly run organization. Cannot get a human on the phone who knows what is going on with property accounts. They state they will return calls or emails within one working day. FALSE! When you do get a human on the phone or in person, they tell you conflicting information against what is being sent through the mail. Don't take the employee's word for what is on the account because you will get a late notice. Now, they do not send 1st notices (they say they do), just 2nd and final. I would love to give a minus 5 rating if I could. These people are just plain ol wrong in every way. The first couple or so site managers I had they were cool and workable. This new lady who's apparently been with them for years apparently thinks it's okay to pin a late fee on something that was dated for the 1st and she got it on the 2nd. No grace period on rent, no nothing. I have been living at the condo about 2 years now. When I bought the condo, the condo fee was $208. When I moved into the condo, my condo fee became $228. Talked to the property manager was told the condo fee was never $208. Well, I already bought the condo. There is nothing I can change. I'd give them zero stars, but then people wouldn't realize that I have rated them. I have lived in the same property for 22 years and know my building and take care of it. Due to the blatant disregard of the condo management of Turnberry Two at USPA, I am now left with a soaking wet kitchen floor and possibly a damaged dishwasher. When water from the main sewage line backs up into your house, that's a problem and one that should be taken seriously.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely Awful. They do not return phone calls and they do not provide services as promised. They take the property's money and do not perform the services promised.
