I wish I could leave less than 1 star. This was my first time buying my own "health insurance" because I have been on ******** since I turned 18. I won't even get into the "coverage" or lack thereof, but I could write a whole book about the customer service provided. They scam you,I used the *** website and first enroll called me ,I got BCBS plus some discount card for drugs,dental and vision which the agent acted like it all was package,then ask for card number for payment of$ 96 .98 and I said well that's pretty cheap for insurance so I get to aca tax credit and after 2 weeks I got my cards and everything they deducted a ***** from my account and then I called my doctor's and stuff and they didn't cover any of my doctors so I called them back and the same agent gave me and am better, s... read more

My husband wanted insurance to get some coverage for appointments and for a colonoscopy well they don't cover it.He never used the insurance at all.They said they would give us back our money in 21 days .So I waited ok never got it. Called back they said no we're not giving your money back.That was so wrong never used it .So I'm out of ****** ******** disputed it but they turn around and disputed ***** I was in negative and had to pay bank back .and no insurance or money back this is bull c***
Not only are none of my insurance claims addressed. When I have tried to cancel my insurance with this company I am put on hold for hours. And then disconnected when I have waited too long for them. We lost health coverage last May due to my husband's employer change. I purchase 6 month gap coverage from firstenroll. I tried to use their cards at dental office for cleaning, local pharmacy for vaccination, and get a check up for my son's broken arm, but each clinic told me insurance from FirstEnroll is not accepted. Was talked into taking this insurance out and said I wasn't able to check it out before taking out insurance. So I paid 413 dollars on credit card. Afterwards I checked on insurance and decided to cancel. When I talked to lady about cancelling insurance policy and told her I had called bank about cancelling credit card. She said she couldn't cancel. I told her the bank said was still pending transaction and for the company to cancel. She hung up on me.

Buyer beware! This company is full of scam artist and I will be contacting an attorney regarding them. They are extremely unprofessional as soon as you request to cancel because they want to keep your money. I literally had the insurance verified by an extremely reputable (facility) clinic system and was told that they did not cover any preventable care.
