I'm giving this company this company one star because the representative I talked to actually made me feel as if my medical needs were important to him. Then when I finally saw my benefit card, the benefits and co-pays were completely different from the original the representative had quoted me. Absolutely horrible experience dealing with them. They sold me a plan that I later found out (the next day, doing research) isn't available in my state, and none of my doctors accept, after being told by the sales agent that they would. I am trying to terminate the plan and get my refund, but they have been evasive, uncooperative, and hostile to my calls. Called and asked why my medical office bills were not being paid. Got excuses. Ive paid nearly 7 mths of over $300+ a month and a one time $90 fee. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I was told it was a subsidiary of *****. All lies! Now I must figure out how to pay for my office visits.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. First off, my husband was searching for insurance when this company called him. He was told that he'd get insurance for $240 a month and that it would be through private insurance. We are not as educated when it comes to insurance so we were not aware of what all comes with it. They asked for all of his information, social security number, and debit card info. Once given the information, we were charged with $302.99. Don't do it! I was looking for health Insurance and was given a reasonable quote. To good to be true! I was instructed to submit my credit card and social security number to secure the policy. Several days later I received no documents in the mail so I became suspicious. I called the company and my number was blocked. I called them using another phone and got thru. This company has cheated me out of multiple months of payments I signed up and canceled within 24 hours I was supposed to be refunded and never got refunded and then for 3 months after I was charged I called and spoke with multiple agents and no one could help me they said that I was canceled and I should have never been charged although I have proof of the payment coming out of my bank account they are complete con artist

They preyed on my husband's anxiety and lied about things like saying this is the only option for us and we will be stranded without insurance if he didn't immediately give them our card number, basically. I'm currently on hold trying to get a refund for the 5th time or so, they already said to check our email for a refund receipt and said the refund was on the way last week.
