This is totally a scam and with I had investigated first. They got for just over $300. Told me it was full insurance when I questioned if it was only supplemental insurance. They said No, and that was a 80/20 plan, fully covered. I joined up on 11/25/2025 and they said the insurance cards would be mailed to me right away. 6 weeks later and two payments later I Do Not have insurance cards, and my doctors office is now charging me for full payment. Do Not sign on with this company!!!!!!
Firstenroo LLC, are Scammers, very deceptive and have excuses for keeping your money when never authorized by call back person ***** deliberately puts wrong dates, then claims a cancellation e-mail was sent, but they never sent it. They send it days later as an excuse to keep your money. A nice lady fixed the dates but charged me again and again no comformation call to take money. Absolute scam. I started the phone call with a nice guy who offered me one well known insurance company. He took my credit card information and said i had to wait for a verification call. A girl picked up and sent me a text link to click to sign the document. When I looked at the document the insurance company was not what I had chosen. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. This was my first time buying my own "health insurance" because I have been on ******** since I turned 18. I won't even get into the "coverage" or lack thereof, but I could write a whole book about the customer service provided. I know everyone at this company knows it's a scam by how argumentative, rude, and utterly unprofessional literally everyone I spoke to was.
