I was fraudulently sold a fake insurance plan by a representative on 4/10/2026 for the amount of $449.

************! Do Not give them your credit or debit card information. They mislead you into thinking they are a major medical insurance making you pay a deposit before seeing the fine print on what they are selling. Then when you try to cancel their snake oil salesman get aggressive and refuse to cancel your plan when it clearly says you have 30 days to do so. It got to the point where the only way I could cancel was to dispute the $1,400 charge on my card which I thankfully got back. Stay far away from these scam artists!

FirstEnroll is not what they seem. Despite appearances they are not in the marketplace and don't offer insurance. I paid roughly $ 350 a month for the first half of last year and got no coverage for it. My medical bills submitted were unpaid and I got no satisfactory answer regarding that.

This company has been debited my account since May of 2025 for dental, vision, and hearing benefits that I never signed up for. They give you the run around and refers you to speak with the agency that setup the medical benefits, National Health Advisors. Both companies are a SCAM!!! I requested they refund me my money for services I never signed for or agreed to, and was told I was sent an email with the services I signed up for. The *** said she can see if I opened the email. Clearly scamming people! I was looking for insurance and this number been calling me 2 times so I picked up. A *** said hes from private insurance whatever it is and then start with my info then quote me $214. I said it was higher than my budget so he brought it down to $99. The plan sounded too good to be true. I was skeptical. I gave him my card info till the last step they sent me the link, the link looks sketchy to me so I didnt click on it. This place is a scam and even if you cancel your enrollment with them they will still use your credit card number to steal money. They stole 600 dollars off my credit card. I had to cancel my card and report it to **** to get my money back. They are not real health insurance.

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! This company charged my credit card ***** for absolutely NO REASON!! I do not have a policy with this company. I have never heard of them. I did search for insurance on the marketplace and Im assuming thats how they got me. I have no idea how they got my banking info. As I am very cautious about giving my info online or over the phone. I think they are some type of third party entity. I dont know but hey are complete FRAUDS!! I ended up cancelling my bank card so they no longer have access to my account!
zero starts if I could - SCAM!!!!!Total scam! There is no way of getting a written quote or written recap of what you are purchasing, agents will sell you a health plan over the phone but you can only see the actual plan information once you pay. Then you find out the agent lied and you try to cancel. They will then refuse to refund your money based on different "cancellation rules" then the ones that were presented to you by the agent. I didntceven realize I had a policy through them. I called to request a refund and they said I was past my 30 days. I told them how could I cancel a policy I knew nothing about. The staff was very rude
