Do not do any business for insurance with them. I wanted to cancel, they asked me all sorts of questions which its not there business why I was canceling. I have never had a good experience with this company. The agents play games, transfer you around and never give solid answers. They are rude and lied about policy information when I signed up. Of course the agent I set my account up with was no longer employed when I called to complain! I have gotten the run around every step of the way. When I called to cancel they told me I would get an email which I never did. Total scam artist! Everything that everyone else is writing is the complete truth. You are lied to and they never answer your question completely! When you try to cancel they never send email or leave you on hold for hours on end because they know you know the truth about them ! These guys are scammers. Do NOT give them your hard earned money. Their agents always provide or a first name with no last name. Probably to make follow-ups difficult.

First Enroll Health claimed to provide insurance coverage, spoke with me and gathered information, but did not get authorization to charge my card. They were supposed to call me back and get the authorization, but did not and charged my card without my permission.
