These guys are scammers. Do NOT give them your hard earned money. Their agents always provide or a first name with no last name. Probably to make follow-ups difficult.

First Enroll Health claimed to provide insurance coverage, spoke with me and gathered information, but did not get authorization to charge my card. They were supposed to call me back and get the authorization, but did not and charged my card without my permission.

Do NOT use this company. SCAMMERS, they lead you to believe that you have * no co-pays * no co-insurance * no deductibles until you use this coverage and find out they only pay 70% Rx and never mention it to you at enrollment. I even asked at time of enrollment was that is this covered 100% and they said yes 100%. Deceptions, Lies and misleading information. Next move is to call the ***********************. Oh and dont bother reading the First Enroll Health response because its done with auto pen!!!

I'm giving this company this company one star because the representative I talked to actually made me feel as if my medical needs were important to him. Then when I finally saw my benefit card, the benefits and co-pays were completely different from the original the representative had quoted me. The benefits I would be receiving were completely opposite then what was told to me.
