Have cancer. Called a health insurance Company and asked about the marketplace. Was transferred to FirstEnroll.Guy told me i would get health insurance for whole fam with dental, vision, hearing. 410 a month. Called the actual insurance company because i had a question. **** to find out i shouldn't be paying ANYTHING! And when the payment came out of my acct, it didnt go to the insurance company IT went to FIRST ENROLL. went and told my bank and changed my accts. This company is the absolute worse when it comes to information and customer service. I was originally told I had 30 days to call and cancel my policy and when I did originally the systems so happen to be down, then when I did cancel the *** stated a whole new policy that I was never told in the beginning. She was the same *** that cancelled the policy and didnt tell me I would still be charged the monthly fee. This company and their employees should be in jail for white collar crime. Such a scam! They took 4k from me and thank god I actually got me insurance. I cant believe I got scammed by these ************ Look at all their answers. All the same.

My husband fell scam to this company thinking he was helping by finding insurance. I got an email and realized immediately it was a scam. Requested a refund and cancellation and they refused to do it. Won't allow us to remove our card, won't connect us to someone to speak with, At this point we are filing a police report and contacting a lawyer to get our money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Bunch of scam artist losers.

If I could give a negative review I would. Absolutely a scam called twice to cancel my "coverage" and get a refund and it still hasn't happened. I will now need to contact my card carrier and dispute charges and get a new card because this is a scam. If need be I may have to take legal actions against this "company" because they are scamming people.

Insisted on taking my social security number, and credit card information, and have me pay $500+ before they would provide any insurance information. They refused to send anything in writing about my coverage. When I insisted on having something I could review, who called himself a manager, got on the phone and became extremely aggressive and began bulling me. First enroll has been taking my monthly payment since March 1st 2025 for **************** and they have not reported this to *** TPA who processes medical claims. My providers have not been able to file a claim and when I try to contact First Enroll they tell me someone will get back to me and they never return my call. This company appears to be a scam. Before you enroll in a health insurance company I would find out if First Enroll is involved and stay away.

I've been scammed! I called to cancel my insurance and they charged me $292.44 for cancelation. I was told I would not be charged for next month's insurance but I was so I called my insurance and I have not been canceled.Going to report them now and fight the charge with my bank.
