This place is a scam and even if you cancel your enrollment with them they will still use your credit card number to steal money. They stole 600 dollars off my credit card. I had to cancel my card and report it to **** to get my money back. They are not real health insurance.

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! This company charged my credit card ***** for absolutely NO REASON!! I do not have a policy with this company. I have never heard of them. I did search for insurance on the marketplace and Im assuming thats how they got me. I have no idea how they got my banking info. As I am very cautious about giving my info online or over the phone. I think they are some type of third party entity. I dont know but hey are complete FRAUDS!! I ended up cancelling my bank card so they no longer have access to my account!
zero starts if I could - SCAM!!!!!Total scam! There is no way of getting a written quote or written recap of what you are purchasing, agents will sell you a health plan over the phone but you can only see the actual plan information once you pay. Then you find out the agent lied and you try to cancel. They will then refuse to refund your money based on different "cancellation rules" then the ones that were presented to you by the agent. Beware and stay away

I didntceven realize I had a policy through them. I called to request a refund and they said I was past my 30 days. I told them how could I cancel a policy I knew nothing about. The staff was very rude

FRAUDS!! I thought I was working with the Marketplace only to find out this company doesn't set up the policy with the carrier. June 2025 to December ************************************************************************** Blue Cross/Blue Shield didn't require a premium for me. The subsidies covered my entire premium last year. All together they got almost $2,500 from me and they won't refund any portion of it.
I purchased a health savings policy on 1/17/26 in the amount of ****** from first enrolled health. I felt a lot of pressure from a very RUDE customer service rep. **** is not a policy that will cover what I need it to cover and I explained that when I called back to cancel (4 days later). I enrolled in a health care insurance plan last December for a charge that was supposed to be $240.08, as stated in the letter they sent me. but showed up in my credit card statement as $255.58. OK, I could handle that.However, the letter came on ***************** Blue Sheild letter head and referred to my ID card, which I never received.
