My husband wanted insurance to get some coverage for appointments and for a colonoscopy well they don't cover it.He never used the insurance at all.They said they would give us back our money in 21 days .So I waited ok never got it. Called back they said no we're not giving your money back.That was so wrong never used it .So I'm out of ****** ******** disputed it but they turn around and disputed ***** I was in negative and had to pay bank back .and no insurance or money back this is bull c***

Not only are none of my insurance claims addressed. When I have tried to cancel my insurance with this company I am put on hold for hours. And then disconnected when I have waited too long for them. This company is a simple money grab with nothing supporting the user. I want my insurance policy canceled and then be able to move on. Business les like this should be shut down. ****! I called my salesman yesterday saying I wanted to cancel...he would not answer the phone, only thru text. Coward...I spoke with several different departments and ppl..I was told they'll cancel what I signed up for however I may not get my refund!

We lost health coverage last May due to my husband's employer change. I purchase 6 month gap coverage from firstenroll. I tried to use their cards at dental office for cleaning, local pharmacy for vaccination, and get a check up for my son's broken arm, but each clinic told me insurance from FirstEnroll is not accepted. Was talked into taking this insurance out and said I wasn't able to check it out before taking out insurance. So I paid 413 dollars on credit card. Afterwards I checked on insurance and decided to cancel. When I talked to lady about cancelling insurance policy and told her I had called bank about cancelling credit card. She said she couldn't cancel. I told her the bank said was still pending transaction and for the company to cancel. She hung up on me.

Buyer beware! This company is full of scam artist and I will be contacting an attorney regarding them. They are extremely unprofessional as soon as you request to cancel because they want to keep your money. I literally had the insurance verified by an extremely reputable (facility) clinic system and was told that they did not cover any preventable care. Worst experience with this company They lie from the very begging to the end.Bunch of scammers Now im left with a ton of doctor bills They sell you lies They tell you the plan that you buy will cover different types of doctor visits bit in the end they deny most of the claims

Do not do any business for insurance with them. I wanted to cancel, they asked me all sorts of questions which its not there business why I was canceling. They bullied me ,saying I'm not making sense etc. I'm not thinking clearly. Very rude specially *****. He talked to me like I was a child.saying you cant get on state insurance you make to much. I have never had a good experience with this company. The agents play games, transfer you around and never give solid answers. They are rude and lied about policy information when I signed up. Of course the agent I set my account up with was no longer employed when I called to complain! I have gotten the run around every step of the way.
