I got signed up on 1/12/23 I just received my cards. I went online to look at the company they set me up with and it is for Native *********, which I am own not. I am assuming its not an oversight with me being an African ******** Female. The price is great!

I signed up for First Enroll for health insurance then I cancelled because I thought I found something better and it wasn't and called to stop canceling policy. I thought I was unsuccessful and shopped for a new policy. (NEVER does First Enroll send an email thanking me for my payment or information....so my bad for not realizing I was paying for 2 policies... the representative was rude after I explained but He/They didn't care). I would NOT use this company EVER. They Are Crooks

Mislead that i was buying health insurance by the salesmen, looted by the company. tried to cancel and they continued taking money out of my account. For a product i cant use and is not insurance. attempted to cancel again today hopefully that stuck. this happened twice my wife called a different number but it was the same company and she didn't realize it. they refuse to give me a refund, i never used the service

I just signed up with them, also thinking they were legit, and the person I spoke to even gave me a MEMBER ID, a POLICY#, and a confirmation#, but I can't even pick up my meds because my ID# is not in the system of the insurance I supposedly signed up with. I have tried calling the numbers in my phone from the company I spoke to that day, but an operator just says "Your number has been added to the "NO CALL list" and it just hangs up. My father was contacted by an agent regarding health insurance he didn't agree to get coverage through this company they said they were transferring him to another company that could help with the insurance he needed, after collecting all of his information and debit card because they said they process payments for all the insurance plan offered! These people tried to scam me. I was on the phone with them explaining the insurance I wanted. Fast forward and hour and a half later, they sent me paperwork to sign and it was SUPPLEMENTAL and indemnity plan. Nothing close to the insurance i was told I was getting. This was inappropriate. The agent said you You can by it or not, so do you want it? If so buy it. This company will try to make you pressure buy and refuses to send appropriate paperwork before you pay.
I paid 3 months and to find out I need to pay for every visits and vaccinations. I keep on paying but all that they provide was a insurance card that was never heard off. I tried to change my policy and It was even worst. Also it was connected to the same billing department in **********.
Prescription is fraud cheaper with good rx. Tried to cancel this coverage and their agent was rude and hung up on me after we discussed cancellation. They got 3 months of payment. Before we went with this coverage they said the doctor we needed was in their coverage. It was not. Just a bad experience.
My mother selected this insurance through the NY marketplace in Dec 2025, was charged $373.99 on the same day, I told her to cancel the insurance and ask for a refund the very same day, they told her they will cancel and send the refund. They charged her credit card $248.99 in January, I told her to call again and they emailed her a form requesting cancelation which she filled out and sent to them. Still, no sign of any refund.
