I didntceven realize I had a policy through them. I called to request a refund and they said I was past my 30 days. I told them how could I cancel a policy I knew nothing about. The staff was very rude

FRAUDS!! I thought I was working with the Marketplace only to find out this company doesn't set up the policy with the carrier. June 2025 to December ************************************************************************** Blue Cross/Blue Shield didn't require a premium for me. The subsidies covered my entire premium last year. All together they got almost $2,500 from me and they won't refund any portion of it.
I purchased a health savings policy on 1/17/26 in the amount of ****** from first enrolled health. I felt a lot of pressure from a very RUDE customer service rep. **** is not a policy that will cover what I need it to cover and I explained that when I called back to cancel (4 days later). I enrolled in a health care insurance plan last December for a charge that was supposed to be $240.08, as stated in the letter they sent me. but showed up in my credit card statement as $255.58. OK, I could handle that.However, the letter came on ***************** Blue Sheild letter head and referred to my ID card, which I never received. I strongly caution anyone considering FirstEnroll for health insurance. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am now out over $500 as a result. *****! I was charged $516.15 by this fraudulent company posing as a 3rd party helping with my medical coverage. Being young, and without job provided health coverage I was ignorant to the process and fell into this scam. They never rendered any health coverage related services, nor provided any help in getting medical coverage for me. This company is operating in a fraudulent and dishonest way that will leave consumers with a charge and no response. Avoid FIRSTENROLL at all costs.
The WORST ************************ I have ever dealt with in over 30 years.I cancelled the policy in November, 2025, and they had no record of it.I called to cancel the premium for Jan, 2026, and they charged my account on 12/30/2025, for the Jan 2026 premium, and will not refund that premium.Their coverage was the worst I ever experienced, and they require a 30 day cancellation period to end the coverage. Today I spoke to two lovely gentlemen, **** and *****, who is Jean's supervisor. It was a great call! **** was patient and calming and was able to help me get my plan cancelled. I had signed up with **************. This company (**************), not a good company. Misled me on what I thought was an insurance plan, which it was not. Their people at **************, leave a lot to be desired. Do not use Instaquote!
