I was charged $516.15 by this fraudulent company posing as a 3rd party helping with my medical coverage. Being young, and without job provided health coverage I was ignorant to the process and fell into this scam. They never rendered any health coverage related services, nor provided any help in getting medical coverage for me. This company is operating in a fraudulent and dishonest way that will leave consumers with a charge and no response. Avoid FIRSTENROLL at all costs.

The WORST ************************ I have ever dealt with in over 30 years.I cancelled the policy in November, 2025, and they had no record of it.I called to cancel the premium for Jan, 2026, and they charged my account on 12/30/2025, for the Jan 2026 premium, and will not refund that premium.Their coverage was the worst I ever experienced, and they require a 30 day cancellation period to end the coverage. Today I spoke to two lovely gentlemen, **** and *****, who is Jean's supervisor. It was a great call! **** was patient and calming and was able to help me get my plan cancelled. I had signed up with **************. This company (**************), not a good company. Misled me on what I thought was an insurance plan, which it was not. Their people at **************, leave a lot to be desired. Do not use Instaquote!

Absolute Scam.Went to sign up for a cheap insurance, don't ever remember the company being called First Enroll. it was supposed to be 150/month.Was super busy with work so forgot to follow up after I enrolled, 6 months later was wondering what/where my insurance cards were... find out i've been charged 368/month and don't have any sort of email confirmations that I was enrolled in ************ on earth are companies like this allowed to exist or even be able to have their scams come up as legitimate companies on *******Conta... read more

This is totally a scam and with I had investigated first. They got for just over $300. Told me it was full insurance when I questioned if it was only supplemental insurance. They said No, and that was a 80/20 plan, fully covered. I joined up on 11/25/2025 and they said the insurance cards would be mailed to me right away. 6 weeks later and two payments later I Do Not have insurance cards, and my doctors office is now charging me for full payment. Do Not sign on with this company!!!!!!

Firstenroo LLC, are Scammers, very deceptive and have excuses for keeping your money when never authorized by call back person ***** deliberately puts wrong dates, then claims a cancellation e-mail was sent, but they never sent it. They send it days later as an excuse to keep your money. A nice lady fixed the dates but charged me again and again no comformation call to take money. Absolute scam. I started the phone call with a nice guy who offered me one well known insurance company. He took my credit card information and said i had to wait for a verification call. A girl picked up and sent me a text link to click to sign the document. When I looked at the document the insurance company was not what I had chosen. When I asked her about this, she said "oh, that happens all the time." I was dubious but trusted her.
