I contacted FirstEnroll to discuss my current plan, which I was planning to upgrade, and they were very helpful. The lady who helped me was very accommodating. She took her time to explain everything- the why & how. She was not in a hurry, nor did not make me feel less important like my previous firm did to me in the past. One of the best companies I've worked with in a while is very pleasant and has great hold music!!!!!!Got my questions answeredand low monthly premium that i wanted bcbs tried and charge me ***** a month . My doctor said his deailing with the company was just a pleasent.

I got signed up on 1/12/23 I just received my cards. I went online to look at the company they set me up with and it is for Native *********, which I am own not. I am assuming its not an oversight with me being an African ******** Female. The price is great!

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! This company charged my credit card ***** for absolutely NO REASON!! I do not have a policy with this company. I have never heard of them. I did search for insurance on the marketplace and Im assuming thats how they got me. I have no idea how they got my banking info. As I am very cautious about giving my info online or over the phone. I think they are some type of third party entity. I dont know but hey are complete FRAUDS!! I ended up cancelling my bank card so they no longer have access to my account!
zero starts if I could - SCAM!!!!!Total scam! There is no way of getting a written quote or written recap of what you are purchasing, agents will sell you a health plan over the phone but you can only see the actual plan information once you pay. Then you find out the agent lied and you try to cancel. They will then refuse to refund your money based on different "cancellation rules" then the ones that were presented to you by the agent. Beware and stay away
